Absolutely phenomanal game with an extraordinary story and fun gameplay. Absolutely recommend.

I have quite a few hours put into the game (not as many as others clearly) And yet I only have like 2/3 of the achievements. There's SO much to explore in this game, and new stuff is going to be added on to it in additon to that! (If you own afterbirth+ of course). This game is indeed very difficult though, and is definantly not for the faint of heart. 1000% recommend this.
