I played counterstike once in work charity part adn loved it, have now got older laptop that can play it, so intent on becoming bette at gaming as used to be fab years ago, But now have scraped that system and got my self a Dell XPS Gen 2 with a Nvidea 6800 Ultra card. This is the sweetest ssytem ever. It has a huge 17" screen, beautiful. I am now becoming even better at online gaming and have recently got Red Orchestra asweel and find it great when you have a packed server, not so much so when there is limited people there, spent ages looking for someone to take out. I went to i34 and it was brill. My gen 2 blew a fews before so took my g/f`s laptop of a dell 1300.
I am now using my old desktop, fab dell dimension 4400 which I have upgraded to Nvidea 5500 fx with 256MB of own ram. Also have 1GB of Cruicial Ram. 1.8Ghz Processor.
I am torn between buying a laptop or building a desktop as both are the same cost ,but PC gives more customisable options.
