I got six achievements in a single session because I was paired up with a random player who not only remained by my side from beginning to end and showed me where all the collectible symbols were, they also showed me where the desert flower was. In return I showed them how to evade all of the monsters by hugging the edge of the map. 10/10

The early game is like Star Trek, the mid-Game is like EU4 in space, while the late game starts off like Star Wars, but eventually becomes Warhammer 40K on steriods.

I Initially thought the game was going to be about forging alliances, joining crusades and keeping your vassals in check; but i was so wrong. I've built Empires, murdered people left and right, slept with everything that moves and left behind a legacy that would put the Hapsburgs to shame. This game is for people with plenty of free time and a long attention span. It will teach you not only about the middle ages, but also teaches you that power makes sane people do awful things in the name of power. When it comes to DLC, there are a few things you need to know. The Old Gods, Legacy Of Rome, Sword Of Islam and Conclave are required for the game to be any fun. Most other DLCs are pretty decent as well, but for the love of the Allfather, NEVER BUY SUNSET INVASION.
