Early Access Review
Huge potential in the making. I really hope this becomes advanced enough to replace OMSI one day.

Pros:
  • Good performance (superb compared to OMSI) even at 4K with everything maxed out (running a Ryzen 3900X and RTX 2080 Ti)
  • Very detailed world
  • Accurate bus model
  • Good steering (some people are reporting steering issues, but they probably missed the speed-dependent steering option)
  • Working FFB even on a Fanatec base
  • Great adjustment options for analogue inputs (allows adjustment of sensitivity curves!)
  • Lots of gameplay potential if routes are expanded

Cons:
  • Graphics are way too bright and draw distance is poor (even with bloom turned off, and contrast turned up)
  • Poor suspension simulation: The bus seems to have no suspension travel at low speeds when coming to a stop, or when setting off. When driving, it seems like the air suspension never manages to soak up the constant small bumps. Basically the bus should be smoother over bumps, yet move more over bridges with huge road gradients. I don't know how to describe it exactly, but it doesn't feel like the suspension is being simulated accurately with the weight of the bus on top of it.
  • Poor gearbox simulation: Gearbox definitely doesn't feel like a torque-converter automatic. OMSI does gearbox simulation much better.
  • Questionable English translations in the UI
