The best breath of fresh air I had in a while since Dohna Dohna. And this was worth the wait. God I haven't felt my heart lacerated in a while because of a story.

Part great, part grinder hell

AN/M2s, MG 151/20s, NR-23s, it just makes it go boom in a flash

Some just make the game, whether it's goblins or saints

This game is like the AK-47. To understand why I said such, the history of the AK must be introduced to you.
The AK-47 was created by Mikhail Kalashnikov, a tanker in the Red Army. Kalashnikov created it in response to better small arms for the Red Army. It outperformed every gun in trials and was readily adopted although initial manufacturing issues got in the way of it's deployment. It was until 1959 that the AK-47's problems were fixed. That AK is the AK we all know today. The Automatic Kalashnikov Modernized, aka the AKM.
This game is simply in the original AK's initial production phase as it currently has issues. On the flip side, it has some quirks that just make you grin because you don't see them everyday. Such things include the XM25 grenade launcher and the British Challenger 2 Modern Battle Tank.
I give it a solid 7.5/10 for the time being. Revolutionary, but some quirks will need to be addressed.

Hot damm this game is lovely. A mix of my favorite co-op survival FPS games is now bundled with a duck season of mutants.
