I have Artisan founders pack, and I can't log in through Steam, their site and Steam are linked, and the game when trying to log in with the site profiles says I don't own it. linking accounts is nothing but data collection, linking doesn't tell the site you own it.

NO way to get into the game.

Either there is something wrong with Steam/mainframe link, or just like in technical data testing, they can't update the game without you needing to uninstall and and reinstall it. game breaking updates will be the PaxDei legacy, they can't update the game properly!

IF I ever get into the game I paid for, I'll see about changing my mind.

Expensive game, bad updates, son they want a subscription for NO CONTENT!!! NONE! they have put ZERO, 0, nothing, no thought into it. they build a world, and instead of developing a story, a thought about what is going on... here's a world, do your own thing!

I've build a lot of worlds in UE5, I think I'll say one is a game, sell it for $100, and then ask for a sub! So easy even a noob can do it! I'm not happy with it right now, I either have to wait until 2026 for my ticket to get a response, or uninstall and reinstall and see if that works.

UPDATE, I just uninstalled it, and reinstalled it. "Unknown Error Something unexpected happened. Error code KeyError, you may want to try again!" PaxDei error simulator! What a waste of money this scamwear is.

another dog smeerhit GtArcade game. can't play with it forcing this and that. heavy micro transactions... can't force me to NOT uninstall. BYE BYE!!!

I really enjoyed this. the elements aren't super insane, you wont freeze to death around a fire like other way of the winter type games.

It just needs more a little more content, and I'd buy it in an early access state! it's already 100 times better than games already released to early access!

on sale for $1, I'll change my recommendation to yes. this has been fun, and if they are giving it an offline mode, even better!

EDIT: I've gotten into the game. They can't even troubleshoot their systems much less games, the issue I found came from linked services. the specific one that was causing the issue was the Ubisoft<->Luna link.

The August 15th 2024 update brought a lot of changes to the game and for the better. it really is for a limited time, but when a server is new and hit it's population cap, you can invite up to five friends to your server. (Still, there are SO many games that allow server hopping and load balancing, this artificial population cap is to now sell battle passes and meta passes) With battle passes and meta passes I think this is totally acceptable. they are character based progress rewards you are paying for extra rewards and perks!

So, for a limited time you can get 5 friends into a full server, if you are fast enough, your five invites aren't guaranteed tickets it's first come first serve number of population slots.

This is a small temporary fix that fixes a now problem, they are up to server 156, so they aren't slowing down! This was my biggest issue originally, and this developer does seem to listen to the player base, and is working to make the game more enjoyable.

Check out the August 15th 2024 patch note for all that has changed and has been added, it's a lot!!

The world is beautiful, the game play, story, mechanics are all awesome.

Instead of relying on gambling loot box's and keys. this game forces you to buy everything over for each character, NOTHING is account bound!!! Twitch drops, battle pass, all shop items, NOTHING is account bound, you have to buy it over for each character!

Why is this an issue? My original server still says low population, but when my son tried to join a day after me, the server claimed it was full. there was 128 servers when he joined, 121 when I joined. I gave up a level 15 character and 30 hours of time at that point.

There was a time when MMO servers handled millions of players, this Chinese game can only handle a few thousand IF THAT, and it just spits out a new server number. this means when you get your friend to play, you have to start over, and buy everything over again. you can tell them hey, come join me on server 121... nope, it has an arbitrary population count to. it's reminiscing of the leaderboard games, like LOA, the dumpster fire Forsaken World has become.

Gambling loot box's and keys were one kind of scam, this is a kind of scummy.

The game is fun, giving up your progress to join a new friend or family in the game, and having to buy everything over because nothing is bound tot he account. I'm sure people are lining up to to be suckers! I've supported the work the developers did, I've bought $35 worth of crap. that is all they will see, I don't reward greed.

I loved this game, and the game play is great, Nexon is excrement if they are going to use unethical business practices! No one was getting their caliber they had paid for, and if you put in a refund request, you are denied saying you used it!

Nexon is a untruthful company, this is unethical business practices, and fraud, and Steam just became complicit, making it done and closed case to them. they can both talk to the BBB.

A little over 12 hours later, they denied my refund request, lying saying I used it. and didn't even both issuing it.

EDIT: I have gotten my caliber, if you watched my stream, I did check the game shop mail over and over. but it was there 12+ hours now when I checked again. They need to word their response better, or question "Do you want a refund still, or your purchase". not accuse you of spending it already.

I can't say that they didn't deliver what I bought, they did, but with bad choices on their end. I said in my refund request, I wanted a refund, and I would buy the caliber when they got it working... I won't remove the original review comment, just for context.

I did change not recommended to recommended, only for the game. maybe in time it will iron out, the company, it had a bad rep before launching this game, it was wishful thinking going in.

I've turned off steam cloud and just have it all local now and it STILL RUBBER BANDS!!!!!! WTH!?!?!?!?

Everyone said that Surviving Mars: Green Planet adds an endgame, I just started playing and then got Green Planet and already my game save from a game I started YESTERDAY is not compatible with this? Surviving Mars release March 2018, Green planet release May 2019, today February 2024. and they still don't have it working right? abandonware? I'm not getting any more DLC's if I can't play them!!! I'm not window licking stupid!!!

I did see there was issues with old saves and the DLC before buying, I do try and read to see what people say! old saves as in when the base game was release, the had changed by the time the DLC was released, but its been 5 years and the base game and DLC still aren't compatible? This is a lazy developer! BUT NOW THERE'S MORE! It's not old game saves from the game release, it's any save from before buying the DLC!

They have an active mod community, mod editor, but no way to edit save files, no one has created a program to fix them to remove things that will make them compatible with the DLC. You can't even change a single value in a hex editor without it being a corrupter save file.

If I didn't have to start over, maybe I'll actually recommend this, but it's 5 years old, and if you have already been playing, IT'S NOT COMPATIBLE!

This is the most fun I've had in a survival game! I love survival games, but this takes away the feeling of being completely destitute. who knew a few friends would help!!!

I wish-listed this game and hoped for a reasonable price, I wasn't disappointed not only is the $30 price much more reasonable then $60, $70 $120, $200 that so called AAA developers want, this game is delivering more than most of those so called AAA games deliver in a lot of ways! this game should be a wake up call!

Not only is the argument that Unreal Engine 5 games can't be optimized by indie developer debunked! this games runs amazingly for a early release, and we are basically the alpha/beta testers! This developer is listening to it's player base and implementing fixes, and adding features the players are asking for. This is a developer we can only hope stays on this path, and not bought by no-cent and cash shopped and loot boxed to death.

For the controversy, I was apprehensive before I even wish-listed it. I questioned if this would get shut down. there are just too many differences with creatures, some are going to look close and this is because other parties have spent the last 28 years creating so many characters that they effectively try to block any competitive contribution to the (mon)ster catching genre, anti-competitive practices aren't new. In my opinion the capturing device in all these concepts are nothing more than an advanced ghost traps from Ghostbusters that came out over a decade before Poke(mon) or Digi(mon) were concepts. I have some Ty Beanie Babies that you could accuse of looking like Poke(mon), and they came out a few years before Poke(mon) too!

To sum it up, it's a super fun game! at a reasonable price! with a developer that seems to be listening to the players. it's catchy and you don't have to be miserable in the rain under a lean-to by yourself seemingly forever! Wait until you are level 50 and have nice legendary weapons and nice mounts and just go on rampages! This games allows you to hunt nicely for resources, or just get it from roadkill! lol
