Gameplay

The combat is fluent the movement is poetic and the story as strong as before.
Everything as in previous game but done loads better!!

Graphics/Frames

Breathtaking! This is by far the best Remaster I have ever played and I am so glad I bought it.
The colour is magnificent and my Frames are Perfect at 140 fps.
The Lumen in this game is done with perfection.

Progression

Just in the previous version its an open-world with quest-lines and nothing to force you into playing it a certain way.
Upgrade your weapon and armour and unlock other skill sets.
Craft gear and potions etc.

Final Thoughts

This is every Nostalgic lovers wet dream wrapped up in Bethesda linen and stitched with mythical glory.

Get it and never regret it!

Bought it and regret it to be honest.
Despite its good graphics and arenas that also become boring over time.
It has boring game-play mechanics and is repetitive, and because the lack of updates i just think of this as abandon-ware.
4 months since an update.

Gameplay
You start off with a choice of 2 characters Male and Female. You then choose your Clothing/Items then enter a Raid as solo or part of a team. During the raid you look for loot in the city while tying to avoid Both Players and Enemy NPC's. There Is a big map with extraction intervals via a helicopter that spawns on the map randomly. |You have to survive by eating food and drinking fluids and healing when necessary. There is a meter during the raid that in increases the longer you stay in the raid. there are some loots are holding very valuable items. There is Melee combat, Gun combat and Also throwables. When your character gets infected they get special powers Likw supper jump or Speed increase

Graphics/Frames
The graphics in this game are amazing and i have had no frame drops running it on high settings.
The reflections look really realistic.

Progression
AS you level you get xp which increase you characters stats. you can also unlock other characters and clothing from loot you escape the raid with.

Final Thoughts
The game runs well and offers great fun however i feel that the lack of Dark skinned characters need improving and there needs to be more combat animations added.

4 out of 5 because they have not Implemented Face scan for Web cam or Android phones!

Wanted to like it but its not to my taste its things like jumping and still hearing footsteps while in the air and things like the exploring the town. i dont like how its just the same layouts it is not bad but not good either. Also my save file disappeared and i already got as far to base-building after returning with the coal....

I may return once there is more work done.

As of now there is a Game breaking bug with controller support that also affects its use in Menu UI
You will have to Disable Steam Controller support then load the game and re-enable the Controller support once loaded. Until this is Fixed I recommend you wait for those who use controller otherwise Keyboard and mouse users will be fine I will update this review when the above is fixed.

Gameplay
The Play-loop is to run around the camp and take on missions and errands to further increase currency and skill points and build your character. You can upgrade and buy weapons and resources and also fish and hunt for food to eat or sell. There is no base building i have seen in the 10 hours i have been playing.
Killing bosses and fighting zombies at night is a challenge.

Graphics/Frames
The frame-rate is great had no issues running this on ultra. I got over 144 and were no noticeable drops when navigating the map. I think the top down view is great sort of isometric and is a reminder of my How to survive 2 days.

Progression
Fairly simple skill trees that offer perks and more carry capacity as well as more damage from weapons.
Has been easy to level but challenging also.


Final Thoughts
I did have a few bug moments where the items i were going to loot disappear once i was near the object. I feel like there should be a roll in the game or a dodge maybe a push back or counter for your character in game. Would be nice to see wanderers or human npc's in the world who want to fight you for your loot. Some air-drops or world events would make this good too. I would say after a while this game is repetitive and there has not been some updates for months now. ( this game also has a VR game you would of thought they would of blended the two or at least gave the VR buyers a free key to this one....)

My rating is a 3/5.

Gameplay
There is a strong storyline in this game which is very detailed and is comprimised of quite interuptive cutscenes and can hinder wanting to interact with Npc prompts.
The combat can be good at times but there are some moments in the game where fighting some Ai seems uncordinated and disconnected especially when fighting mobs of enemies. Following questline's is simple enough. The valuable system is good but it says when you die you can return to your loot but that is not the case as when you die everything you once had disappears from the map.

Graphics/Frames
I ran this on highest settings and faced a few lag spikes nothing too major but definitely room for improvement. 126 frames with dips to 76.
The world looks great and reflections and detail are very good. I really like the characters in the game.

Progression
You level your skills and perks also find good weapons. There is a forge in which you can upgrade items with collectables but i am unsure how this is done.
Completing questline's will get you through the game.

Final Thoughts
This game is still needing some polishing i feel there should be jump added and more fine tuning to the combat also. The game world poses as an open world but is enclosed in small areas i feel it needs opening up more with some parkour elements. The lock on system seems a little disconnected.

I feel its a strong 3.5 with the things i mentioned in the game needing attention but if the developer puts more effort into reaching out to the community it can be improved over time.

Gameplay
The Gameplay is good you run around killing enemies and loot them and anything you may need to craft or complete quests. There are special moves for each class and when in a group all are useful. There are dungeons to be found and different tier in enemies also there is PvP elements with other players running around.



Graphics/Frames
The graphics are good however there are many frame drops so don't expect smooth game play yet there needs to be optimisation and my computer is well above capable to handle this game on high settings but struggles cause of above mentioned. I get over 140 frames with lags and frame drops happening frequently during combat..... Sad



Progression
You level up you character stats and gear also upgrading your lodge so you can take advantage of other perks.
There are skill trees also. And unlock-able zones too.


Final Thoughts
This game is not off to an amazing start but it is fun i found the sound kept breaking a lot in the game and have only experienced one crash in the 2 hrs i have played. I will recommend it if you can manage to overlook EA bugs and lack of optimisation otherwise I would wait

Apart from the expensive unbalanced cosmetic store that this game is hindered by I believe the game is solid and offers a lot of content.
