Good ol' classic brain-breaking puzzles.

I don't know what to say, you do stupid ♥♥♥♥ you die.

Early boating is ♥♥♥♥, even trying to cut across with wind in your favor directly behind you, it goes slower than walking pace. 5x the distance on foot around a peninsula through two rivers almost running out of stamina while swimming and still made it back before I could have cut straight across the inlet of ocean.

Fighting and mining and crafting is fun. Not too grindy but feels like it does take some effort and time to get to next tier up of gear and feels satisfying when you do.

Only really started because local friends were playing, got a little hooked. It's hit and miss for some things but overall is pretty well rounded out to chill for a little session. You can run around do a few dailies and a mission or miniquest and be done in an hour or so if you just want to experience content and explore if you're not that hard into it, while other games seem to try to hold you absolutely as long as possible.

Completely worth the investment in VR /just/ to play this game if nothing else. Binged through it on a work week every night on release losing track of time until bed alarms went off.

My favorite classic FPS-RPG, started the Bioshock series when the company couldn't get the license to the original game. Was before it's time, wish they picked up for a SS3 with modern graphics and better multiplayer support...
