Are you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kidding me? Trying to run this game with a 3090 and i9 on the lowest graphical settings and still experiencing 3 second frame stutters every 30 seconds. It's a joke how poorly optimized this game is. I'm admittedly biased for Bethesda but Jesus Christ, in my experience, this was unplayable

I did some research into solving my issues, and saw DLSS mods and more advanced ways to go about fixing but when I spend $50 on a game I shouldn't have to be an amateur software engineer to enjoy a game.
