This is a real review (albeit with little gametime for now but it's still a thumbs up), those other reviews appear are giving me bot vibes. I've been on steam over 2 decades.

what a blatant rip off of a better game in literally every way, chillquarium. If you're looking for an aquarium fish raising game get that one. If you finish everything in that game and still want more, get Time is Honey, if you finish BOTH of those games and still want more and have like $4-5 to spend, then get this one. It's got some rough translations, the entire steam discussion board is not english, the graphics are worse in everyway compared to chillquarium, but its still the same addicting gameplay loop, buy fish packs, open packs, feed to raise fish to adult, sell rinse repeat, buy some cosmetic items, new tanks for new fish species/rarities etc, its literally all the same...

I'm part of that userbase that's done with CQ and TiH, and I want more so here I am, still playing.

Steam deck / controller players: This is a firm WAIT recommendation for now - Don't trust any verification or yellow icon if it appears as of April 19th 2025. This game is too early and needs a few more months to completely revamp controller support, its janky to play with the controller, you'll find your cursor either moves too fast or too slow to be effective in combat when seconds count to throw a heal or select your party members to save them. You have to hold buttons to select other icons, text is tiny on the deck screen, and other overlooked flaws, and this game has had a TON of soak time for deck users in closed alpha and beta --- I've been in the discord since mid 2024 keeping up with the joneses.
Give it until at least the holiday season 2025 and check for recent discussion posts on if they've fixed it.

Mouse & Keyboard Players: This is a rough around the edges, needing a whole lotta QOL updates EQ-Lite single player game. Reminisce in the days of early MMO's until that nostalgia trip ends and you remember why newer games are more fun. This game is still a blast to play, but be prepared for no quest markers, forgetting to set your spawn point, cryptic quest descriptions that require you to hunt like you're playing elder scrolls daggerfall unless you use a wiki. If you're into that sort of thing and really have to take that red pill down nostalgia path where everyone didn't own a cell phone, and beepers were a thing, and people fought over being in your myspace top 8, pick this up. It's kinda sorta fun in bursts. I just wish it was easier to play on the steam deck.

a "clicker / idle" game that makes auto clickers annoyingly tricky to use. May your fingers rest in piece if you attempt to play this manually. You'll click that single first gear 300 times before you get your 2nd gear just FYI...

the souls-like of coin pushers. This one is way too grindy to be fun, we're talking 5000 coins dropped to get some of the level 1 perks to help you play better, and it goes up from there. Sure there's auto play, but then what's the point of a coin pusher game? Also devs don't seem to receptive to some honest feedback from the players, such as "gutter shutters" or walls being a perk option, which a lot of other coin pusher games have, seems like this one probably won't get it, and instead you'll watch 50+% of your coins go off the side, even on the "zen" levels....frustrating.
