The client could use some work, but the game is fun.
Just punish pluggers please, that'd be my only big issue, that and some of the lobby bugs, like if you use the chat function the game has a tendency to crash.

Free version is a scam though.

12 hour tutorial is a bit excessive.

I can now be bad at turn based fighting games too.

I dislike how close the camera is, but overal it's a really good game.

Game is now unplayable, not because of powerful decks and insane meta but because of the continually increasing price of decks, when the game started you could make your deck really easily, every archetype had around 2 or 3 UR cards that were usually not engine pieces but boss monsters, making the game very approachable for free to play users, as the game has moved on it's gotten more and more greedy, new archetypes or new staples continue to be turned into URs an entire archetype can become a UR one because its engine is desirable instead of 1 or 2 of its pieces instead being SR, this has made the game very much unapproachable for F2P users, I don't see myself really returning to it unless this changes, the game is fun but if the card prices are gonna become more and more expensive you might as well dish out the money for the physical cards at some points, it's rather absurd, even in a digital space Yu-Gi-Oh! continues to be the most unapproachable and expensive card game on the market.

For the asking price it's really good, Controls are fast and responsive,
lock on is a bit jank as it has difficulty locking onto the enemy I'm trying to focus on.
some of the effects block out your visibility a bit too often, an option to make them less intrusive would be very welcome.

Game is not as deep as something like DMC but there is clear love put into it, with little nods to their inspiration.
as for content, there are 2 playable characters

A spy who does really well in both the air and on the ground who focuses on movement and rapid hits to get around, with a timing mechanic that gives you a hefty boost to damage.

and

A CIA agent who rellies more on grounded combat, has an easy rushdown skill, a broken block/parry and focuses on slow but powerful strikes, with a secondary resource used for buffing certain attacks.

as a whole the game is really enjoyable if a bit clunky.
I'd recommend letting us get Skill points in the Death March and other modes as grinding the stages for SP can get kinda repetetive and gives a good incentive to dabble in those Extras.
Try working on the lock on see if some adjustments could make it a bit more accurate and easier to get right.
and ofcourse, try implementing an option to lower the effects on some attacks, when fighting Asaru it gets hard to see what's going on past the Judgement cuts.

Also the music is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ amazing,
Games really fun, would recommend it.
