Shockingly poor and unacceptable performance unless you have a extremely modern PC and turn on frame-gen - benchmark performed better than the actual game, which is extremely misleading and anti-consumer.

Wait for inevitable fixes to roll out or just come back when the big DLC expansion drops - it's simply not in anyone's best interest to encourage triple A studios to release games in this state.

There isn't a better single player experience that Destiny has ever offered from Destiny 1 year 1 through to now that beats this expansion. Some people will bring up TTK or Forsaken, but when you look at this DLC objectively from a non biased perspective its pretty clear that:

-It's paced incredibly well
-It has more engaging plot points
-It has incredibly well balanced difficulty options
-It has variations in its mission environments
-It has engaging mechanics and puzzles
-It has zero filler missions
-It doesn't overstay its welcome

I finished this campaign and want to play it again on all of my characters. I don't even play Titan or Hunter, but that's how much I liked it.

As for endgame, how good that is will only be revealed in time. So far it's ticked all the standard Destiny 2 boxes for endgame content, and usually with time it only gets better as we gain access to GMs, raids, trials and the game further evolves with more activities opening up and the season progressing.

If you want to play modern Yu-Gi-Oh, this is peak. If you don't you shouldn't play this game. Not sure why so many reviewers are complaining about the meta-game when there are other slower Yu-Gi-Oh video games that exist and when we currently only have one format (which we know is changing with the leaked events). Master Duel's selling point always was that would be as in line with the current most popular physical format of the game, so if you're here for something else, its time to quit.

Really impressed with this game. Fantastic theme and setting, engaging puzzle and combat mechanics which never overstay their welcome, and a really sweet story which shifts tones perfectly when appropriate. Special shout out to the movement being insanely tight and clean. I've played a lot of platformers and the movement in this game is comparable to something like Hat In Time, which really is the cream of the crop. It might not be as extensive (understandable, as It Takes Two is extensive in many other different ways) but for what it is it feels incredible.

Only complaint is that I wish I could've held the sing button for longer in the section where it was available. The music is fantastic in this game and the way the singing melds with the soundtrack made me wish I could just play the entire level with it held down.

Is it easier than The Ancient Gods: Part One? Yes, but the difficulty doesn't have the brutal spikes that part one had. The experience is more consistent and has a lot less moments that are just alarmingly intense which come at you out of the blue, so for me personally, it was overall a more enjoyable experience despite it maybe being a little easy at times.

I do look forward to the master levels though, insanely difficult levels deserve to exist and I am sure Hugo will deliver.

"2020 GOTY."

-Someone who thought 2016 was kinda boring

I can't believe how fantastic the Doom Eternal experience was for me. The story and lore is goofy (a welcome departure from 2016's highly praised "self-aware" but boring and drawn out story), the music is savage, the game constantly feeds you a stream of new things, and once you have most of the unlocks available to you every combat scenario becomes completely entrancing. The "Doom Dance" is real, and it is so engaging it keeps me coming back every few months just to play through the entire game again.

Love this game, always have and always will.

Just don't go on Reddit, Datto's Youtube or the Bungie forums. If you avoid those places, your enjoyment of this game skyrocket (as unfortunately, this game's community is plagued by armchair devs).

Probably the best roguelike I've ever played. Its had some ups and downs over the years due to weird balancing issues, but I can happily say that Repentence (the most recent expansion) really sets a new standard for the genre.

Every time I put this game down, I find myself coming back within a year for another taste, new expansion or not. No other roguelikes I've played come anywhere close to how re-playable Isaac is and how absurdly different every run and character can be.

The 100% achievement is something I very much see myself chasing as long as I still own this game, and even if I manage to pull it off one day, I highly doubt I'd consider ever putting the game down permanently.
