Going to be honest and say people only like it for the nostalgia. Every positive review has less than 5 sentences that just talk about how they are "happy to play it again" and how its "been so long". Very few people actually take time to think about how awful this port is and how they left out many game modes. Being someone who has never played halo before, this feels like one of those free games you get on steam to ♥♥♥♥ around with friends for 30 mins before you delete it and move on to the next.

I didn't get to play it for too long since you have to have under 2 hours to be able to refund, but i don't think i could have played for much longer.

• The "tutorial" is extremely overwhelming and hard to understand because of the amount of task it gives you at once.
• You would have to be mentally retarded to not realize how poorly the game is ported from console to PC.*
• Turning the graphics down from anything except the highest makes the game extremely pixelated or blurry depending on how far away things are.
• Your mouse sensitivity changes when moving at different speeds which makes aiming at things while moving awful depending on how you are running.

*To elaborate on the 2nd bullet:
• The cursor is a huge circle.
• You have to hold down on everything to click on it (you can turn it off in options but that only works for some things).
• The movement is awful and almost indescribably bad.
• There are some other small things that aren't really worth listing.

In all fairness, the endgame may be enjoyable, but the overall feel of the game is so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awful that I don't think I would be able to enjoy it.
