At this moment. I love the game-play. I bought the battlepass not seeing how bad the progression is right now. I have played Halo my whole life. Sadly, the way the game is CURRENTLY at is not great. I know it is free. That comes with positives and negatives. But right now the negatives out way the positives heavily. I miss being able to play Halo for hours and constantly make MY spartan different from others, not what the devs want your spartan to be. I don't feel like the spartan is mine nor will it be for a very long time the way progression works right now (unless I wait and spend $100). In game challenges are nice, but as the only source of xp is not good at all. I do want to point out challenges kept me going sometimes, in Reach for example, I loved the long term challenges you had, like kill X Spartans with headshots. Took me years to get all those kinds of challenges done, those were cool, Infinite has none of these (yet). I knew buying of armor and weapon skins were coming which already made me disappointed but I spent $60 on the campaign hoping 343 would actually have rule changes for those players (Like earning credits through playing matches). Maybe they will, we will have to find out, but I'd rather spend $100 on a Halo like the others, than a good campaign and a no customization multiplayer (Or spend a fortune).

I have tried very few rouge-likes before. Never liked them, and thought I never would. Until... I had a 2 week break from work, my lord, I wasted my 2 weeks on this game. If you are scared to buy this game because you don't enjoy rouge-likes like me, believe me, it is great and worth your time.

The best game with friends. Solo gets kind of old. BUT if you got friends (we hope you do), you can play this for hours and forget where time has gone. Honestly wish there was a way to unlock things easier other than fish for them for a few hours. Overall 9/10

I just love Halo. The game where the t bag started. Its truly the second best game, next to old school runescape.
