Paso 1
Precalentar el horno a 350º F. Engrasar un molde para hornear de 12 x 8 pulgadas.
Paso 2
Combinar el pan y las pasas en un tazón grande. Combinar la leche evaporada, los huevos, el azúcar, la mantequilla, el extracto de vainilla, la canela y la nuez moscada en un tazón mediano. Verter la mezcla de huevo sobre la mezcla de pan; combinar bien. Verter la mezcla en el molde preparado. Dejar reposar por 10 minutos.
Paso 3
Hornear durante 35 a 45 minutos o hasta que un cuchillo insertado en el centro salga limpio. Rociar con salsa de caramelo antes de servir.
