Isso não te da um ganho de desempenho como um hardware novo, ele é mais pra fazer você conseguir jogar algum jogo em qualidade mais baixa e tentar jogar para fullscreen. Se você tem um 5600G/5700G (APU's) tem o seu significado mas caso você não tenha uma estabilidade de fps muito boa, VOCÊ NÃO VAI TER, não use o gerador de quadros, isso mata o seu jogo, prefira diminuir os graficos, resolução mas não use isso. (Vai varia de jogo, requer testes.)
