CIASTO BANANOWE

SKŁADNIKI:

3 średnie banany (najlepiej miękkie)
3 jajka (rozmiar L) o temp. pokojowej
3/4 szklanki cukru
150 g roztopionego masła lub 150 ml oleju rzepakowego
2 szklanki mąki tortowej
2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
1/2 łyżeczki sody oczyszczonej
1/2 łyżeczki cynamonu
garść orzechów włoskich
PRZYGOTOWANIE:

1 szklanka = 250 ml

Formę o wymiarach 12 x 24 cm lub podobną wykładamy papierem do pieczenia. Banany rozdrabniamy widelcem, następnie dodajemy jajka, cukier oraz roztopione masło lub olej i mieszamy chwilkę trzepaczką. Wprost do miseczki przesiewamy mąkę razem z proszkiem, sodą oraz cynamonem. Lekko mieszamy łyżką lub szpatułką do połączenia. Orzechy siekamy, następnie mieszamy z ciastem. Wykładamy do formy i pieczemy w temp. 180ºC przez ok. 50 – 60 minut do tzw. suchego patyczka.
