Dark Souls 3 has 3 Offline modes:
1. Set Steam to offline mode.
2. Set the game to start in offline mode from games settings menu (steam will stay online)
3. Semi-Offline no invader mode, play fully online but if you wont use a certain item after you died then you cant be invaded or summon otehr people, but youll be bale to leave and read mesages, the only downfall is that youll have less health, of course this certain item is very limited so there is no point to use sowmehre where you can easily die, or before first try boss fights, actually its betetr not to use at all during boss fights becuase after you killed a boss the efect of this item is automaticlly applies to you.
