The game runs poorly, many FPS drops and bugs present.
The game EVERY time it loads from desktop wants to "Compile Shaders" like if it was first run.
The Keybinds cannot be changed on majority of the inputs.
They promised A-Life of the NPCs yet it is evidently not present in the game. It's just spawn behind you and pretend they "arrived".
The game was not accessible to Belarusian & Russian GAMERS that are not interested in that USA vs RUSSIA proxy war; this only makes them forced to use shady practices to obtain the game, or torrent it, which I fully recommend.
The game has potential as far as graphics go, but there is MORE to gaming than how it looks, at the current state it's very difficult to enjoy with the stutters and FPS drops and also using a controller does not have "Dead Zone" sliders meaning it "Stick Drifts" without any input.
For the price of the game this should be a polished product, and unfortunately it has failed to live upto expectations.
I believe in the next few weeks they will redeem themselves with patches that need to be made to make it far better optimised.

You should wait for until the game is fixed. At current time I do NOT recommend purchasing.

Edit: previous Saves now load but game message claims there is DLC missing. These pack(s) were there previously so should be reinstated.

Volition should be renamed to Violation. because that's exactly what this unwanted update after 9 and half years has done to break SR IV.
