Game is abandoned.

First of all, this game is ORANGE.

I love Project Wingman and tend to play through it about once a year. This game's story is replayable and it has a KILLER soundtrack. On top of that, you don't need intimate knowledge on how a plane works or an entire flight sim rig to enjoy this. A controller works fine.

The main game is anime plot levels absurd. I won't get into it due to spoilers, but it definitely gets unique. (And orange)

The DLC is worth getting as well. It works best when playing it either before the main story or after Mission 11 (Cold War.)

The Conquest Mode is... interesting. It works to a point, but it really is not worth playing except to 100% the game. The grace period of "fun furballs" does not last long before you are legitimately fighting over 400 aircraft. This will eventually lag so badly that its unplayable or it crashes your game.

Overall, I do recommend this game. The only sour points are Conquest's instability and locking dialogue behind certain two seater planes that do not scale past mission 5.

The funniest horror game in existence.

As an avid barrel kicker, I can recommend this game. You can kick barrels anywhere you please, and there is even a barrel kicking game! On top of that, a senile old man named "Mission Control" gets mad at you!

One sore point though is that you cant take barrels with you on these things called "Missions." I don't really know what those are, so it still deserves a thumbs up in my books.

Play Deep Rock Galactic for all your barrel kicking needs!!!!

Game has been abandoned, the base story is awful, and they scammed a bunch of naive devs. (Including figures such as Toby Fox.)

This game is a very badly put together mess of stories that don't really feel rewarding, and the variety of dungeons/planets is not good. The only really decent part about the base game is the soundtrack and some of the unique uncraftable weapons. (That the craftable Violium Broadsword can outperform)

Alongside all of that, the Beta was way better. It did not have a railroading story, the planets were more diverse, and there was even more types of weapons. The Beta felt more like a fun sandboxy game you can break. You need to download a mod in the current state of the game just to get similar movement capabilities to the Beta.

Speaking of which, this game has some amazing modding potential. There is basically a mod for everything you can think of. I won't list them because you can just take a look at the workshop and see for yourself.

Overall, the base game is a 2/10, with mods it can easily be a 10/10. The only thing saving it is said modding community and Steam's feature to play older versions of the game. I would get it on sale for as cheap as possible.
