Return to form for the series, great gameplay, a single player campaign that provides some insight to some of the notable characters in a fun way, and the spectacle of nailing a musou attack to wipe out over 1000 enemies in one single swipe never gets old.

Fun, first and foremost. There's decent atmosphere on the levels, the puzzles are varied, though some can be a bit of a slog (looking at you catwalk level).
has enough atmosphere to satisfy the horor aesthetics but isn't so out there that you can't get some of the more screamy players to join in , little polisy needed on the difficulty perhaps, and some of the requirements are a little obtuse until you've had a go or two at them, but its nothing you can't work out for yourself, look forward to seeing more levels released!

tutorial doesn't give any real grasp of whats going on beyond ' match colours' (I got more from watching the trailer than that entire sequence), 12 minutes of non stop clicking text with no end in sight whilst it dumps lore and 12 character bios for hastily introduced people one after the other.

If i'm going to start skipping things at the beginning of the game, i'm not going to follow the plot, and not going to care about what comes afterward.

Imagine its alright if you're invested in the franchise, but the UI is obtusive and doesn't explain half the mechanics, the game kind of expects you to play a certain way (but doesn't tell you or even suggest things), e.g, it'll tell you to go looking for a bunch of wrecks but give you no map or clue as to where they are. Missions feel like they're beaten by simply knowing what you're up against or how it's going to play out beforehand rather than trying to adapt to the situation at hand.

missions are introduced with the exact same '621 i have a mission for you' line with no variance, am sure theres a interesting story from the way they were setting it up but after the watchtower mission think am frustrated enough with the lack of agency to deter me from trying any further.

All the fun of MMO like boss rushes without the grinding and with co op, bullet hell and roguelike thrown into the mix.

Could be a good game, just need randoms that aren't complete NPC's.

Support and password resets dont work, 20 minutes of trying and gave up.

Still waiting on Sony to restore access/allow purchasing of the game in the 177 countries where PSN isn't available.

Was a fun game, but don't agree with shady DRM practises.

Fun game but in 3 hours of gameplay i've had the game hardlock on me twice.
