The abysmal UI, the way they approach "balancing", the lack of solid Anticheat, and for me the worst of all, removing the lore and changing the whole vibe of the game with events, collabs and spammy weapons. Hunt used to feel much more heavy, almost real even though it was a blatantly supernatural world. Weapons, missed shots, special ammo; all had more of a meaning and weight to them. Now, so many weapons get so many ammo types it's annoying at best. For the first time in 750 hours, I uninstalled the game. And not out of spite, I genuinely don't want to play right now which makes me a little bit sad because this was the only PvP(vE) game I adored for its feel and atmosphere. If anybody from Crytek is reading this, I truly want you to get your ♥♥♥♥ together and revive this game. I don't care what it takes, but your first steps should be a NEW UI, not changing this crippled one to make it slightly better, and hard ping limits around 100 (besides the high ping matches-servers for friends and the unlucky). Good luck, I feel like you're at the last juncture. And believe me, you need to make a turn.
