Ok like the game is good, but you tend to forget it sometimes but still good but god its so easy to rat i mean i would never rat and wait 10 minutes for one person to move one place to another and also camp the evac and get called slurs as i kill them when there are 10 seconds left on the clock surely I would never wait ages only to realize that the footsteps for that one guy across the building is an NPC (please get used to figuring if it is an NPC or not)

Boring 20 hour backseat simulator. No seriously, never have I ever been told do every action compared to this. Use this! Buy that! Never have I ever been so pissed at my friends or a game as I wait every 20 seconds to do an action, and before committing any action being berated by a spew of commands and a disgruntled "misplay..." every time the most efficient action that could have been done is done wrong. At a certain point I wonder why I am even playing this game when they are just basically telling me to do the actions that they could have easily done without me. As for the game itself, while the game has an abundance with it's replayability, the game at it's base is just the same thing repeated over with no real change other than an ease in difficulty to make players play the same thing over and over again. This game might be considered as a rouge-like, but to me it felt like the same repetitive slosh. For a multiplayer game there is no creativity and there is no fun to be had.

I'm sure the single-player game in itself is fine, there is still a variety of characters and cards and plenty of variables in order to give the game the money for its buck, but to me the game just felt terrible, although fun at first, terrible, especially as time passed. With the game feeling so long-drawn and it's two-dimensionality Across The Obelisk just gives me a straight no for me.

I tried to give this game a chance, despite its negative reviews and its relatively expensive price of 40 dollars, but no matter how much I tried this game was a huge let down for me. Let me explain the gameplay in the simplest way possible: Accept quest->run to quest->fight monster/interact->finish quest->run back to old/new npc->repeat.

I have played this game for 8+ hours, and all 8+ hours it has been the same repetitive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I can't believe that between all of this there is 0 mounts or any movement (other than the warps, which are a hassle to use and only useful if you are teleporting), thank god that I had autorun so I could afk and watch youtube videos as my character mindlessly walks to the wanted destination. BUT ISN'T THAT AN ISSUE? If half the game is basically going back and forth and most of the game is comprised of that what type of game am I playing?

Not only that, the monsters in this game were not rewarding in the slightest. The most insignificant enemies feel tanky and takes quite a long time to kill. The creatures WILL NOT GET OFF YOUR ASS. THEY WILL FOLLOW YOU TO THE DEPTHS OF HELL AS LONG AS THEY CAN. The aggro range is incredibly long and as you try to go from point A to point B they will all swarm towards you, meaning that the only viable way to clear an area is to do it one. by. one. Remember when I said that these guys are tanky? All of this for what? the drops feel unrewarding. I feel like I have gained nothing from killing countless of creatures over and over again.

I also want to get immersed within the story and the world, but its really hard to do that when there are so much fetch quests and countless dialogue inbetween. As I have stopped playing to write this game, I have 0 clue what the story is about other than the fact that there are some souls and rightful heir? It's not like I cared to listen after a certain point.

Overall, this game is a solid 3/10. The world and game play is still nicer in some aspects compared to other MMOs, and the end game must be worth it as most MMOs are, but this frustration of repetition have made me stop playing like Lost Ark and BDO. I just cannot commit to the game.
