Although DD2 changed it's formula from a long RPG to a rather "shorter" run-based roguelite game, it still preservers the atmosphere of the original, with beautiful revamped visuals and a improved narrative formula. The combat was also revamped into a better, deeper formula (some characters need to be buffed thou).
Overall it is a fantastic experience for those who like complex turn-based games.

The visuals are the only thing this game is good at. The very rest is very mediocre, poor design choices, weird hitboxes, slow pacing of the game, poor UI. The game focus itself on grinding except grinding is a huge chore, the monster respawn rate is nowhere near enough and you will be stuck trying to do quests. Don't want to do quests? Just grind high level mobs for XP, which isn't fun also. Huge numerical and balance issue, a lot of one-shot skills while damage scaling is bizarre. Bosses are the only fun thing in the game, but they are hidden behind dungeons which has a jumping-traps-puzzlelike challenge. That would be ok if hitboxes werent garbage.
Bought to play with friends, had fun for some hours but then the game just got boring and bugged. The game has also netcoding issues.

I really wanted to buy this game, bought it on early acess and was waiting for the full release, the waiting wasn't worth it.

An elegant mix of a RPG and a card game with very well-made co-op support, across the obelysk offers a lot of replayability with different classes archetypes and decks, it has a little bit of everything, roguelite progression, pure roguelike mode, charming characters. Very well done game, hope to see more updates in the future and even an expansion. 9/10

From first glance plate up looks like a knockout copy of overcooked without the artistic inspiration of the latter. Do not let the simplistic art design fool you, its a different game and a very fun one.
The game inspires itself on roguelite aspects, changing map layouts and offering different gameplay changes throughout your run which makes for high replayability. It also borrows elements from games such as factorio where you can add automation and increment your restaurant as you progress in a match.
Very fun game, had some crash issues with friends but highly recommend, it looks similar to overcooked but it feels very different.

Good roguelike guy inspired by Hades, lacks a little of variety imo, but very fun and responsive controls.
