Optimization does not exist, without frame gen its almost impossible to run game at +60fps.
Meanwhile on lowest settings game looks like PS3 game yet somehow manages to run poorly :D

Main story line is simply stupid and unclear. Waltz does things that ain't really clarified.
Cutscenes are badly designed... Characters go beyond the player's camera and disappear, sometimes npcs spawn behind your back out of nowhere or just teleport next to you or behind the door even though they were far away from you. Some animations are incredibly bad, u can notice that while playing coop with your friends. The crawling animation is just ridiculous. You cannot either start or end the quest due to the fact you can't talk to npc. Side quest's are boring and repeatable. Mainly designed around reaching parkour checkpoints or going to the point to take item/items and bring them back to the quest giver. Choices are meaningless. Had many problems with cutscens not loading, the only solution was to reset the game. Choosing a fraction to stick with was hard because designed characters were noncharismatic so you could not feel like you belong to one of these. Activities were repeatable - kill anomaly, repair windmill, pick up airdrop... BORING. Game seemed good at the very first hours but the longer i played the worse it felt. Polish version is terrible, switched to english version and it felt much better but renegades voices were simply funny. World design is based around technique called copy -> paste. I undstand it is kind of big urban area, but they could at least make some effort to change some locations e.g. metro stations.
On my rtx 3070 i could not play with raytracing at all. Even if i run only flashlight rtx mode i have 20-25 fps.
Doesn't matter either i run the game on ultra rtx or flashlight only rtx - preformance is same.
I had newest drivers installed.
Without raytracing game runs surprisingly good. Heard from friends that on their rigs game runs smooth also.
Parkour (even though sometimes buggy) feels good.
Killing zombies or infected (whatever) is fun.
Coop (even though animations are bad).
