10/10 Best game I've played in years, simply amazing. Just buy it.

I started playing Tekken 7 near the tail-end of it's lifespan and I consider myself a casual player. I didn't have much time to play and It was overwhelming at first, however the one thing that kept me coming back again and again was there was always something to learn.

This game is and the direction it's heading in the Season 2 patch is just not fun, AT ALL. I feel like this game is made for people who don't like learning and don't like improving. I don't know how the developers managed to strip Tekken of a core experience in a fighting game, learning and improving. With the new system changes you just press whatever your new overpowered moves are and win that way. It's just 50/50 situations one after, with very little thought put into it, there is no room to improve because you don't get the chance before you're dead. The characters are all feeling the same, homogenised and boring, with no identity and skill expression. Overall Tekken has been cheapened and stripped of personality. I loved this game so much and would have given any amount of money to play true Tekken, what a shame.
