The spiritual successor to the JSR series we needed. In lieu of a JSRF remaster, this DEFINITELY scratched this itch!

This game has a few issues like Special Ridden being a bit too spawn heavy at times and can easily ♥♥♥♥ over what should be a very good run, but beyond all them? This is an exceptional game. If mod support ever gets added, then I could easily see this game lasting for years upon years just like L4D before it.

P5R was my first ever Persona game. I had always wanted to get into the series, but just never found the time to until recently, and instantly I was hooked in every aspect. So when I heard that P5 was getting the musou treatment? I just had to buy it. All 29 hours I have so far, and I've only just begun the third dungeon. I love this game to death and will sing it's highest praises to anyone who will listen. My only gripe with it though is that it isn't musou enough for me, and the ambush mechanic seems a tad overpowered in this. A couple of friends have told me that bumping up the difficulty alleviates that some, but I can personally manage. I just wish we could of gotten tons of shadows on screen at once like you do in some fights instead of those you quickly ambush, push one button, and then instantly win the fight.

Did I only hear about this game thanks to Civvie? Yes but I am so glad that he mentioned it in his latest video. I'll be honest in admitting that I thought I wasn't gonna enjoy this game. That I would play it for like twenty minutes at most, and then either forget about it entirely or refund it. I played the gave for five hours straight on my first day. Needless to say, this is exactly what I enjoy in a video game, and will continue to sink more time into it, and support the devs all the way until 1.0 and then some.
