I had the game less than a week and already put in almost 80 hours. That should tell you how good it is.

Very fun game. I put more hours into this in one session than i did on Heat 4 the whole time i had it.

I'm not even a fan of dirt racing games either, but there is something about this game that is fun and intuitive. The racing feels clean and AI seems smart enough to provide fun challenging races.

I play on Hard and in 32 races completed in career mode i have 1 Win... 9 Top 5s... 16 Top 10s... 28 Top 20s.. So it is hard enough that you wont be winning every race but not too difficult that you'll be throwing your controller through the screen.

If you're undecided... Don't be... Get. This. Game...

Echoing what other reviewers said this games swing mechanic is complete crap. It is a complete and utter joke. NO consistency whatsoever balls randomly flying off to the left or the right because it wasn't "perfect and perfect"

Can pull the analog stick down completely straight and push up completely straight yet at random times the diagram will show a jerky zig zag movement. That is NOT how the stick was moved. It seems it just randomly is designed to make you miss a shot.

This game is good otherwise. Good putting, good career mode, but the swing makes this unplayable. It is a shame too that this is not going to be fixed or add other swing options because the devs just don't want to.

Not recommended for a few reasons:

1) Why in the third game of the series are the career stats still abysmal? This is game where the big focus is on career mode yet the biggest part of a career, the stats, is a bare bones joke. No seasons by season breakdown, nothing. You would think after last years game when it released with NO stats and they had to patch it in in an update they would've learned their lesson. I mean really, how hard is it? Nascar Thunder 2002 for PS2 had detailed stats.

2) Again, AI has no clue you're on the track. Be prepared to be t-boned, spun out, ran into the grass, ran into the wall, all the above. The AI will drive where they want to drive regardless of whats in their way. Oh, and if you think they'll spin out from hitting you too, think again. You'll be the only one spinning out while they continue on driving on the train track rails that they're seemlingly on.

3) Why in the world do i have to exit out to the main menu to change simple settings? Some of these settings should be able to be changed by simply pressing pause in-game, or at the very least in the pre-race menu. Why you have back ALL the way out, quit race, leave carrer menu, and go all the way to main menu to change anything is beyond ridiculous.

Now for some small, yet annoying things.

- No track map option? Why? Again Nascar 98 for PS1 had this.
- Barebones presentation. For the third game in the series you would think they would be doing something by now. No prerace commentary, no post-race commentary. Very minimal basic post race celebration. What is there is just sad for a 2018 game considering what we had in games of 15+ years ago.

Not a horrible game, but can't recommend it when some of the things wrong with it are inexcusable.

For a game where pretty much 100% of the gameplay is gunplay you would think the shooting mechanics would be good, right?

No.

Why is the shooting such crap in this game? It just isn't intuitive enough considering all you do is run around and shoot.

Not much to say about this game that people don't already know.

This is one of the best games ever made. The replayability of this is ridiculous. I've beaten this game countless times on all systems since its release back in 2005. I've even beaten it multiple times in one sitting. Play it, beat it, start again.

What makes this game so replayable is you can challenge yourself in numerous ways from using only a certain gun the whole game, or trying to get through without taking a single hit.

This is also a great game to speedrun and the speedrunning community still runs this trying to improve times or find new strats. So if you enjoy speedrunning this is a fantastic game for it.

Not much more to say on a 13 year old game. Everyone should already know about it...

Good game with some flaws...

This game is good but it needs some work. It seems more like a beta/early access product than a full finished game. The 24.99 price point is fair though considering this...

+ The music in this game is fantastic.

+ The management options is ridiculously in-depth so simulation lovers will adore this game with the endless options available.

+ There is a ton of replayability considering you can either choose to have small clinics to full fledged hospitals complete with surgeons/ICU wards/radiology and so on...

- For a bit of downside there seems to be over complex build menus. There is complexity where complexity doesn't need to be. Example you have to go into different menus to delete a wall then another different menu to delete an object then another different menu to delete flooring. There is a separate delete button depending on what you want to delete.... Why?

- There is no undo button. Accidently place a room? Be prepared to go through the above steps and delete all these things separate. And by the way while losing money because you'll only get half the money back for deleting things.

- There is no camera rotate. This is very frustrating and awkward when not only trying to build and place things but also when playing. You'll be treating patients without being able to even see them because they'll be obscured by some filing cabinet or something.

All in all this game is good and has a ton of potential. If the devs fix/add most of the things the fans want/request this game will be playable for a long time...

Very good game. Should have much more recognition then it currently has. I enjoyed it quite a bit and hope for more games in the future from this developer.
