Early Access Review
It is really fun, tho we need more ways to play the game. The Perks are super cool, but the game needs some kind of Perk or Playstyle applied to the King, so the King can be improved in different ways of playstyle. This would give the game a lot more depth.

I understand this game is by far not finished, it ist just something i would really appreciate in the finished game :) I like the game very much so far

Honestly, I still think this game has a lot of potential. If the devs picked the game up again and finishied it, this could be a wonderful survival experience.

Sadly they abandoned it years ago. Currently it does not look like it will ever be finished, so I can not recommend buying this.

After completing the last achievement, I feel the need to write a review.
I Will try to cover different parts of the game. No spoilers.

Story
From the beginning on, I was interested in the Story. It was not just some random stuff that happened. Everything had to do with one another. I never had the feeling that the story is just some sidefiller to justify the missions.
After every mission I wanted to know what happens next. They put a lot of love into the story. I also watched the cutscenes several times when replaying the maps. You kinda feel a bondage to the characters. Their personality makes sense, and it's nice to see them develop from mission to mission.
I also had a very emotinal moment during the story where i wished the story would go different. But it was perfect the way it was. And the parts before and after this moment just filled so good. What should I say, I loved the story ♥

Gameplay
The reason you probably want to play this game is the gameplay. If you are into real-time-strategy, played games like Commandos, Desperados or just like strategy games in general, you will almost sure like this game.
The movement and combat feels very smooth, the more you play the game the smoother it gets.
Also the amount of different options and strategys you can use, makes it very interesting to find out what the game allows you to do. I had a lot of fun trying out different ways to play and finding out new ways to kill or distract your enemies.
Stealth plays a big part in this game. You can try to go full-rampage and not play stealth at all, but I do not think the game is meant to be played like that. That does not mean you can not play very agressive. You can play aggressive, and as long as you don't get fully detected, you can kill everything that comes into your way. Just be fast and think out a good strategy first.
After completing the game for the first time, you can collect "Badges". You will need them to 100% the game, but they are not neccessary to finish the game. If you just want to have a nice time and enjoy the atmosphere, you can skip them. But if you try to get them, you will be forced to play the game very different than you usually would. For me it was a lot of fun to replay the missions in complete different ways, as you also detect some new secret here and there.

Atmosphere and Setting
If you like middle-age/japanese and calming settings, this game is for you. You get soaked in by the beautiful landscapes and maps. The Audio fits very good into the game. Sadly I discovered too late that you can put the Audio Language on Japanese, because this makes the game a lot better. At least for me. Sometimes I was just looking at the beautiness of the maps and turned the camera in all possible angles to try to detect a secret. And sometimes you even discover some hidden things ;)
Graphics are somewhat decent, but they fit good into the game. Game still looks beautiful.

Summary
As you can probably already imagine, I had a lot of fun playing the game. I loved it, got soaked into the world of the samurais and I'll probably replay it from time to time. It's one of the best games I have every played, and that's why I try to write a some-how good review for it.

I can highly recommend this game. I love the atmosphere. But to get the most out of this game, you will need AT LEAST the community patch. In this YT-Video a guy explains some more mods that are very nice. For me it is a totally new Gothic 3 experience with the mods installed.

Without the community patch this game is way too buggy. You won't have a nice playthrough.

For me it's definitely top 5 of all RPGs I have played. Maybe you should give it a try.

97/100 for me.

Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (0/10)

And you want to know why 0/10? I played 6 rounds now. After 3 out of 6 rounds I had to restart the game after because it crashed or hang up, and 2 more rounds right at the end of the round when you should head over to the rewards, the game told me I lost connect and did not get anything at all. This is one buggy mess. Why should I play something like this? Thanks, no. I'm gonna head over to other games!

Dead Island (6.5/10)
I'm now 59% into the game, so I've seen quite a lot already.

Let me keep this short. Missions are VERY repetitive. Most of the time you find some people, telling you somebody of their family died, has lost something or something like that. It's always the same kind of stories. Like, 60-70% of the sidequests are family related, with some boring background why you have to help them.

Crafting is quite simple. See it more as a nice feature, but nothing you really have to spend time on.

Exploring is also very boring, as there is not much to find except some "Personal IDs" and "Facts". That's it. And if you leave the ground where you should play too far, there is just a text telling you "You leave the playground!" and get teleported back if you go further. Also there are lots of invisible walls. I don't know, for me, this ruins the fun of exploring.

Movement is very... how should you explain that.. slow. You move like you have 20kg more on your feet which makes you feel very heavy. I don't like that.

The World, or at least the first map, is very nice. I love the island setting! But the second map is a slum, city-like setting. All the houses look the same inside, and it's made completely without love. I do not like the city at all!

Summarized, if you really like Zombie games, you maybe should look for a different title like Dying light. Dead Island is not bad, but not good either. It's something in between. I'm not even sure if I wanna go on playing, as it is so repetitive already I've lost fun playing it.
