Why play something this terrible when there are already better games that exist like Warframe.

3 hours is about the limit of what I'm willing to invest, Couldn't get passed that choppy mechanics, the game feels extremely clunky, and sluggish, Can't play specific decendants because they have absolutely 0 kit value, weapons all look the same, shoot the same, feels very bland.

Even if they polished this game further, its by Nexon, so its just not worth any time or effort.

If you can't afford any games, and live the Free to play life, By all means, enjoy this game. I wont knock it for you. But honestly Warframe has more to offer, easier ways to get by, and you don't have to pay for ♥♥♥♥ there. Even as a F2P You can get things that are offered in the store.

Trash game, Even more trash company running it.

TLDR ; Trash game, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ comp, Alternate game modes are played more than comp, You'll get banned for being competitive.

Short story, This is not even competitive, they have completely taken what overwatch was, and basically ♥♥♥♥ dumpstered this one even worse. And its weird it can be worse when its the same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game.

There are more people playing alternate game modes, than the base game, and that means absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nothing, You cannot use foul language, Apparently you're not allowed to give any criticism in game you'll first get muted for 12 days, and follow up with bans later on.

The competitive play does not exist what so ever, Everyone playing this game are people who have no money left to buy something else to play. There is 0 comp skill, from Bronze to Diamond every DPS is a bronze player, Tanks are hit and miss, and half the healers in this game is geared to be a dps, which people will tunnel vision, and throw games. God forbid you get upset and say anything that is meant to communicate with people, because blizzard/act/micro soft, who ever the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ devs are, will just ban you to sooth their fragile ego.

This review is Opinionated and also at end game content, Level 61 on the seasonal at the time I'm writing this review on Destiny 2 Shadow keep - Vex Offensive Season 8.

To begin with, Returning to the game was frustrating, There is no path of what to do when jumping right into it, was given a cut scene to show off the new content and new season right before being thrown directly into the tower, to stand around with no purpose what so ever. ZERO Direction or Objective.

After roaming planets a couple days and doing random side projects, I have rediscovered how to do the missions, they are replayable for the sake of just enjoying the story, which is fine I guess...

Move forward ahead from Light level 750- to 960. The game offers absolutely nothing in Shadow keep, compared to Forsaken's DLC. The Light level is soft capped behind the focus of completing weekly's and dailys, just to earn the Gates lord eye artifiact which soft boost + 10 light levels. And for an additional 10 dollars, you can progress the story earning +1 light level to every piece of gear depending on where you're at on the season levels. I would say only 2 weeks/ resets worth of grinding, and level 60 was very easy to reach on seasonal.

Shadow keep in general is a lack luster content filler, that was loosely pulled from Destiny 1 and thrown into destiny 2. Where the scarlet keep magically appears, that was not from my knowledge in Destiny 1 (I never made it passed 3 weeks in Destiny 1, No time or patience to wait 2 years for content) The missions were interesting, and I enjoyed them in terms of the Atmosphere, however unfortunately, nearing the end, and realizing what it was... It's literally "Wanted" renamed as "Nightmares" and thrown on to the previous alreaddy included content, of Random lost sectors to kill nightmares, The new Nightmare hunts is Basically queing into a Lost sector, Shorter than a Strike, has no benefits to do other than a weekly, that is only 3 completions.

Upon reaching 960 gear score, the game turns into a Grind fest for only +1 light level per item, until you max all your gear at 961, just to be able to start grinding 962. And this can only be earned through Pinnacle gear. ALL Pinnacle drops, are literally locked behind content that cannot be que'd for, because Bungie thinks it's PC community base is a form of a learning disability. With no que's for any Raids, or harder strikes, to earn pinnacle gear, if you're playing Solo, Just uninstall the game. Even as free to play, it will only take you so far, a lot of it's content forces you to play PVP or PVE regardless if you want too or not. Just to get 1 weapon/armor exotic, that frankly is garbage.

P.S. From what I can tell, Bungie leaving Activision made no difference, they went back to Warmind/Mercury DLC with Shadow keep, and tried to justify its content worth by adding a pointless Seasonal with mediocre reskin weapons. I will recommend if you do enjoy the game, and want to support it with money, the only content worth purchasing is Forsaken DLC, Story was really solid, The content is more than Shadow keep and it's 4 seasons combined, It will definately keep you busy without wasting all your time. But unfortunately theres no point passed doing random redious story line missions, that every one skips, and goes for objectives.

This was was "entertaining" for maybe a couple of hours, on release.

If you ever played GunZ: The Duel, Than this game is very un-playable.

The first one was more enjoyable, with the funtionality that you could create and use a style, It weighed heavily on your fingers, button mashing, but made your cordination and reaction time insanely better due to the fast pace of the first one.

The second one feels terribly poor. You're limited to classes, and no "real" weapon selection/combination of the second one. Each class has their own abilitys that can't be morphed, or improved upon based on player skill level.

As a fan of the first game, this game is very unplayable, I still play the first one on a private server, even just in a lobby with no one to play with is fun, The Styles the community created by abusing the weak functionalty of the first game is what made it amazing, and people made that game supremely competitive.

Personally, The first one would have been a better addition to The Green Light community.

But If you want to play a new game, not similiar to the first one, you might enjoy this anime style, "fast" pace action tps.
