This game hits all the notes, quite literally. One of the best games I have played in several years.

Valve, I salute you. This is an incredible game based off incredible games, with it's updated graphics, the game looks alot better. Old school gameplay but with huge mod support. Players can make any map and put it into the game. Players can make skins and put these into the game, Valve may even pay you to do this.

Aside from the standard gameplay (mostly bomb defuse), which is actually quite realistic considering the intensive recoil on every gun, the game brings a huge economy on just simply skins through buying keys on dropped crates throughout the maps inside the game.
CS GO has been growing enormously and it will continue to grow, especially because of E-sports, the betting on teams, the 'skins' economy and a huge growing community.
Valve also updates the game regularly. ('cough' Tec-9 nerf 'cough')

Greatly recommended to anyone wanting to play a serious shooter with a rather steep learning curve.


Although like every other competitive game, new players are going to have a rather hard time.
Ranked games has A LOT of smurfs, especially on lower ranks, which hurts many of the new players.
Also even with Valve trying to VACban every hacker, there still seems to be quite a few in the game, especially at higher ranks (Above Distuingished Master Guardian)

If you like shooters, buy it, play it, love it. Just don't jump into ranked until you've gotten down the heavy recoil, some basic map knowledge and anger management. Especially the last one, trust me on that.

- Russians
- Hackers
- Smurfcity
- Toxic players (If u are new and bad, do NOT play ranked yet)
- Gambling (both sides)
- Gameplay can get repetitive

The plusses outweight the minusses, get the game ! The pricing isn't high at all, so definitely give it a try.

Replayable, atmospheric, incredible music and combat. Why would you ever consider not playing this game ?
Oh did I mention Skyrim looks amazing ?
Not to mention the billion mods out there, you can even enhance everything inside Skyrim yourself with the Creation Kit, so you SHOULD play this game whenever there is time to play games.
