Very chill game lots to fool around with and smell the roses. Seemed to be able 5 hours of play time and some bits of it can be pretty heavy in the reading sector but over all I really enjoyed it!

Cute and fun puzzle game. Has a decent amount of variety and if you want something chill, cute, and love puzzles this game is amazing. Buuuut JFChrist this games UI/menu system is awful. There is basically no explanation as to how to play most of the games other than an interpretive animated drawing, a simple text explination to go along with it would have been really useful. Continuing this theme there are special wands you can buy which I didn't realize until the end have powers that line up with the different types of puzzles/minigames, but for some reason there is no way to hot swap these while in story mode so if you notice it before I did you will need to drop to menu to swap them then go back in to use it and then possibly do that over for the next section of story. Even though I'm complaining this is all fairly minor seeing as I didn't really use the wand abilities on any of the puzzles even on hard mode and the last achievement I got was the "take over 25 minutes to solve a puzzle" achievement. Not a super hard game.

So to start with I HIGHLY recommend this game and love it to bits, I hope with time it becomes even better. Co-Op? Who knows. At the current price point it's a freaking steal for what you're getting when just about any other company would have charged at least 20 USD if not $30. If you enjoy things like Vampire survivors or Risk of Rain 2 this will probably be right up your ally! Keep this in mind when I ♥♥♥♥♥ in the second half of this review because that part down there is all salty opinion that doesn't make me love the game any less.

Salt be down here/

Played this in pre-release beta kinda wished I hadn't. For the most part this game is amazing and they really knocked it out of the park. However having played the beta there are two major changes they added that I absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate.
1. Bug/Boss catch up mechanic.
HATE HATE HATE it. It's like mario cart all over again where the NPCs cheat because they can'e be good enough on their own. I get why they did it for balance sake but that doesn't make it feel any less like the game is cheating and crappy.
2. "Taking too long punishment"
Part of the fun I had in the before purchase version was getting good enough and having a good enough build to be able to kite the bugos around and actually have a chance to collect the resources. Now it feel like you are deliberately punish for trying to do that. Even if it's in the name of balance they could have just charged more for things in between levels or something else. It feels like you have to choose between going for objectives, trying to get levels, or mining resources. That or doing a bad job of all of them.

Both of these things leave a bad taste in my mouth where with the pre-release even with the limited options it had I could play that game for WAAAAAAy to long getting lost in it. Yet now I can only play a few runs before getting pissed off at the game and needing to take a break from it. I've tried to figure out why and it's just a feeling of being cheated in that it's not lack of skill but just the game punishing you for trying to use what would be smart tactics of trying to get as much XP/resources as possible. Maybe with way higher levels it will feel less this way? I'll have to update this then.

I guess the best example I have is that at some point hazard one should just be boringly easy with higher level characters but with the catch up mechanics you're still forced to rush. It makes it feel like you're not advancing at all, I want to be able to see that at some point Haz 1 is for pitiful green beards and that I've earned my level and power. I don't even mind the grind of needing to do runs over and over to unlock things and collect stuff I enjoy that part but when it doesn't feel like that advancement is making a different if feels like POOP. Who doesn't want to go back to Haz 1 at some point just to see how powerful you can be for the lulz and then go play the higher difficulty for the challenge.

Those potions you've brewed... you should be proud of them.

A must have if you're a Harry Potter fan! The world does feel like it comes to life and even just walking around in it is a major treat. The story is good and it has a nice cadence to keep you on track in that you can only do so many side quests before needed to return to the story to unlock further side quests. It's really nice for someone who tends to get lost in side quests not wanting to finish the story before cleaning up all the side quests leading to never finishing the story.

Combat feels good though the way they have set up the hot bar makes flowing between spells a bit of a pain in the ass leading to just having one "set" of spells you lean too heavily on. Swapping spells is also not great either and while I get they sold it as "leveling up" with the unlocks in the skills area to give you more even when maxed out there just isn't enough and feels like an intentional pandering to console players so as per normal feels like ♥♥♥♥ on PC when we could have all the spells without needing to swap.

Mounts are cool but useless, if you're looking for a fast way to get around your just going to use the broom it takes less time to mount and doesn't feel clunky and there is no benefit to using a mount. Sorry High-wing.

The collecting side of the game feels.. dull. I love me a puzzle game but I feel like they could have made it way more diverse instead of repeating a pool of like 5 different tasks for the Merlin trails.

I could nit-pick many other things but even with that said I LOVE this game, it's just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful and honestly I love just walking around in the world. They have a good thing going here so hopefully they will take what they have here and improve on it based on player feed back.

An amazing game. Best in co-op with 2 people 4 could be just crazy AF. I HIGHLY recommend playing in Newtonian mode first! The normal mode felt "floaty" in a bad way as it tries to help you go where it things you want to go even if its not where you are trying to go.
After if you are looking for an easy way to just achievement hunt use the assist mode which lets you basically "swim" in the direction you point your two hands. Sadly we figured this out AFTER getting all the collectibles in Newtonian mode... oof.

If you like Co-Op shooters this is a no brainer! It can be a bit repetitive but if you enjoy just some mindless fun this is amazing and made by a company that actually cares about its player base. They even have a season like other game and it's 100% free. I mean come on! This is exactly what we want from all game creators.

Not normally one for rouge-like but this one has just enough to keep me coming back no matter how many horrible deaths I experience. Great solo or with friends and amazing on both hard and easy difficulties this game can fit so many cravings from being a challenge to letting you walk around like a mindless damage dealing god of death. 10/10 would recommend.

Good with friends. Slower moving zombie survival but feel really rewarding and a bit more realistic. You need to have a strat and work as a team if you are going to live.

Amazing little couch Co-Op hack and slash RPG. Was a good relaxation game for the wife and I which we completed easily on the normal mode in about 16 hours. I don't think there is much replay value even with the new game+ and "Mew game" which allows you to add modifiers to make things interesting but still worth a single play if you can buy it on sale! We picked it up for 4.29 USD.

Chill AF game, amazing sound effects and the music is damn good too though they could use a couple extra tracks. I tend to pull up a Youtube 10 hour witches hut or something similar to throw in the back ground.
