I bought this in 2020 for 20$. Why is it $50 now...
Other than the price! it was a sweet and fun and janky like a old game :)
Co-op was the fun too.
Price is rough, especially for a group of friends.

After getting some skill, and q-ing with buddies, this is one of the cutest game you can play hearing your friends scream in terror, as a survivor getting carried, or custom games giving them something sweet to dream about at night.

A bare bones approach to details on batteries, resource monitoring, and other details to your PC/VR gear while in-game.
And a useful tool as a settings overlay as well.

This has been one of the more stable pieces of VR software I've had that I have auto-starting. I love that.
Worth the $4 I paid for last year, and the $4 at writing.

HTC Vive, with knuckle / Index controllers. All AMD 2700X & 5700 XT (50th)

TLDR: This is my go to overlay I'd recommend anyone on SteamVR, and is a great side-kick if you need desktop access, with other features I mention below. I usually use it during my time on VRChat.

Works as overlay to desktop/windows, a status check on batteries, as a watch, and light (in features) resource monitor. Takes a moment to learn the right buttons, and I've learned to open it AFTER opening the game you intend on playing.

Depending on how you use this, it can be a resource hog, and bog you down a few frames, but it's so feature rich, I hate going without it.

If it doesn't work, usually a patch update within a few days is done after a recent update (that sometimes breaks the program). Dev has a discord he checks on and is semi active. Worth the $12 I paid last year. and the $12 it cost at time of review.

@3,500 hrs.
It's been a roller coaster. Still love it, hate it for other reasons but not because of VRChat itself.
Gonna stay :)

EARLY ACCESS REVIEW
I played THIS GAME AT AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

I've slept like half of these hours, comfortably, in VR, met people, shared a lot of fun times, and waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more.
I think I've ended up with more VR gear passing my hands than how much my PC is worth several times over.

and it all started with a 1050 Ti and 7700HQ and an OG Vive after a few short weeks in Desktop....
Try it. Hope you find others that fit you!

Actually played this on the plane curled up next to the window with my complimentary dry crackers and asked for coke to wash it down as I took a fox girl into the town.
No time played listed because F*** paying internet on a plane lmao.
Good VN I'd continue and play with hot coco on a cabin fever type night.

I loved the art and the writing isn't bad.

This is a classic I used to play prior to steam when it was released on CD. The OG Ghost Recons are dope, and I wish I could get a LAN party with folks on it...
Good old school shooter with some decent mechanics. Will be quirky from the age.

One of those games I'll randomly boot up and listen to random tunes in the middle of the night to.
I think I properly "beat it" once or twice, but it's always a struggle and upon screwing up a solid run 5 or so tapes in...you'll feel it.

Easy to start, sorta, hard to realllllly get down.
I'm sure it'd be a blast to try and get a quick run on.

EARLY REVIEW

DF2 looks extreamly promising.
As a PoC it's great.

There's various kinks to it and some stuff that might get annoying. But it seems like it'll be fixed very soon or at least eventually.
There is tons of content planned and shared to be done.

Market is currently player only based.
Skills are pretty decent.
It can get frustrating dying and not having meds, but as you get used to it. you can do good.

Overall as a longtime DF1 player, it's a solid standalone that is getting worked on. Not Perfect, but it looks bright in it's future.
