I thought you were using this AutoSTM script from the russian dude that makes profit out of bots, but yeah it seems i was wrong, I'm sorry for the negative comment >_<
If you want to get trades with no trade hold, I recommend you use Steam DesktopAuthenticator
(app that simulates a mobile steam guard)

You need a phone that can receive SMS, not a smartphone. I bet you can get one of those for really cheap, and throw it away since you only need to use it once IIRC. Or you could borrow someone's phone for a bit.

I accidentally accepted your trade offer without checking for a trade hold.
I wont cancel it, but I'll try to be more careful in the future as I don't like waiting 2 weeks.

There's also alternatives you could use like Steam Desktop Authenticator, which another person suggested below. You don't need to have a smartphone.
