One of the best VR experiences you can have hands down.

I'm a clown for playing this game.

A foundation of a really great game here. There is a lot of room for growth and with what's already playable you can see exactly what the developer is aiming for.

First off, the overworld was the right move here (Though I wish there was more to do on it, like having city menus and NPC encounters--Think Bannerlord) and makes the game feel a lot better than if the whole map was just stitched together. The sandbox elements here gave off this feeling of satisfaction that I seldom feel in RPGs like this one-- You can mix spells, weapons, and armors of all kinds in any configuration you want on a double hot-bar and via standard inventory management. Also, I absolutely love that you have a central hub where you can build unique buildings, add your own decorations and craft your own items! Finally, the combat actually reminds me a little bit of Vermintide mixed with a bit of Oblivion Jank. ( The good Jank not the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Jank)

The dev already shows that he is going to add a lot more depth into existing systems and the promise of new ones being implemented now. We're going to see new buildings, QoL improvements, more missions, and more fleshed out maps just to name a few things. Now... with all that being said-- This game is in EA and with that comes with its fair share of unimplemented features, bugs, and placeholders. If you are someone like me who doesn't mind dropping a dub to try out a new game then this one is a no brainer. If a $20 is hard to come by, or if you are more selective about the games you want to pick up; I'd suggest adding this to the wishlist and checking it out in a year or so.

Shoutout to the SINGLE dev for being able to put this all together and I look forward to seeing more!

I had the privilege of getting to play this game early throughout development as a kick starter and I have to say it was an amazing experience to see how far this game has come along. Hands down one of the best Shoot 'em up/ Beat 'em ups ever made. If you haven't already, buy it! Support these guys they deserve it.

I'm going to recommend this game. It recaptures my youth and adds some really nice QOL changes.
Instead of going into a huge rant about the hits and misses of this game and CA/ Feral Interactive;
