Solid, difficult (on hard, blind) game, with a few quirks (such as the boundaries for interactions not being large enough to be comfortable to use, or few moments of movement jank at times) that in the end don't sour the experience much. Especially as a free game, this is a solid, short and sweet experience that I will be buying the artbook for, eventually, despite earning it myself.

One thing I missed from Helltaker was the epilogue - I would've really liked to check in with all the characters post-campaign, and I was looking forward to it. I like these characters. But, it's also understandable why there isn't one. This already is a full-fledged game by one guy (& Mittsies being as wonderful at making music, as they are with drawing hole, as per usual), making the art, programming etc. So it's already a decently big undertaking, and art certainly does not pay for itself.

Overall, a pleasant experience I would recommend if you have an afternoon or two. And the art, of course, excellent as to be expected from vanripper.

It's a fun game.
I do not support the use of AI voices however.
Anything would be better.
Not to mention the dialogue turns itself on automatically after each game even after turning it off.

Edit : While the audio settings not being saved issue has indeed been fixed, this game was popular enough, to have won a steam award. Surely by this point you have enough money to hire, what, 8 voice actors? Come the ♥♥♥♥ on.

the content added is a 5 minute mode which could best be described as a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ mobile game with no story. Download the original off of noprops site and save yourself money, its owned by a company anyway.

Leaving this review as negative until they make CS:Go a separate, legacy game with proper access to community servers like CS:S. or 1.6. Or Condition Zero.
