Awesome game, certainly not just a "tech demo". On-par with Half Life.

About 3-4 hours of very good fun. Really like the game. Sort of like cookie clicker but on retro vibing steriods and without the long dread. Love it, recommend it, best 1 euro / hour fun I've had in a while.

I like Euro Truck Simulator and American Truck Simulator. I like race games. I like offroading with my motorcycle. I though I'd like SnowRunner. But no.

Wheel support is terrible. Settings are constantly reset / forgotten. Mouse resets to center position on even the slightest movement of the wheel / pedals. And you still need to use the mouse, keyboard AND wheel to be able to play the game.

Also: this game is _slow_. In ETS and ATS you can spice it up by driving above the speed limit, but this will just get your stuck spinning your wheels here (fine).
Driving more risky will get you stuck, fine. So you get your truck with crane to free it... Right?
Nope, your offroad truck with crane is way to light to rescue anything, and you are not allowed to use the crane and winch at the same time, the game can only handle one. So basically the best way to get your main truck unstuck or back on it's feet is still attaching a winch and using brute force.

Slow, low reward, low effort, no (worthwhile) upgrade path, same quests time and time again.
It gets a "meh" from me. The concept is awesome, the execution doesn't live up to it though.

If you like building, this is not the game for you. I liked the game, but everything became unbearably slow after building a small castle (on an RTX3080) and also the amount of materials / creativity is limited.

Makes for a fun 2 weeks with some friends though, so worth the 15 euro's I paid for it.

Continuation of the previous. Okay / nice game, hate the new Ubisoft login / Denuvo DRM though. Would not buy again (even though I loved A Stick of Truth).
