Great game with some technical problems.
Hopefully Playground makes a small patch fixing some of these issues.

On one side, the game is brilliant, with a beautiful map and a massive assortment of cars.
The racing is fun and fast, and comes in all types (rally, street/drag, circuits and more).
The improved blueprint system is nice and gives players a ton of flexibility to design cool maps and circuits.
Vehicle sounds have been massively improved, so that's a plus as well.
There's also a ton of car customization, from tuning to changing parts and kits on your car.
All in all just a fun game to play music and to explore a massive, and nice map.

HOWEVER,

There are some really annoying cons. Judging from the other reviews these issues were pretty annoying for everyone too:
- Performance problems: incessant crashing, textures not loading and game frequently freezing
- Some annoying wheel issues for people trying to connect a steering wheel (at least for me)
and most importantly, the online system.

The main reason I bought this game was to play online with friends. I thought I'd be a blast, being able to race and explore the map with a large group of people in fast cars.
However, since launch and pre-launch (premium edition) the convoy system and connection to servers has been terrible.
I've been frequently getting the same error: "You have been disconnected. Return to freeroam to accept".
Been having to level up and playing on singleplayer, which frankly has been a shame.

Overall, I've enjoyed the game so far, but the lack of support to fix online play has been frustrating. I'd still recommend getting the game as it is still fun, however ONLY AFTER they fix the online issues. If not, don't bother getting this as it is a bit of a pain to run and to get your friends into the same lobby.

Playable with a Friend

Dota 2 is a fast-paced first person shooter with some RPG elements mixed in. In all my years of playing indie games, I have never seen a better real time strategy game. For a space travel simulator, its lacking in rocketships, but overall, it is one of the greatest zombie survival game on the market. If you could possibly desire a better game, then you should think about purchasing Drake of the 99 Dragons. Both it and Dota 2 share many similarites.
