You don't have to ditch your friends but consistently isolating yourself with statistically poor players will result in poor to mediocre results for you as well.

You also need to realize that multiplayer PC gaming online generally is NOT fair. Unless they begin to group players and lobbies by specs, latency times and experience, PC gaming will never be a level playing field. So suck it up and learn how to optimize your rig!

Finally, at least TRY to grasp the concept of situational awareness. Too many players run around completely oblivious to what is happening around them and then call hacks as a result of them not being able to explain why they continue to get owned.
