The kind of game programming I wish I could do

It's been a very long time since I played this game. I just re-installed it last night to see what they've improved on. I was unimpressed. If you're looking to get into Halo, buy the Master Chief Collection and do the campaign missions. You'll love Halo so much more than the Infinite campaign or its multiplayer. The only reason this game is somewhat successful is because they did a half-decent job at trying to capture the original games built by Bungie. This game is otherwise creatively bankrupt. In my honest opinion, it's lesser than a fan-remake.

The majority of positive reviews you see on this game are from brand new people who have only known games of this caliber, played for only a few hours, or old-school veterans who have just gotten used to its bland taste and forgot about the positive review they made years ago.

It was promising in the beginning. Everyone felt that it just needed a few more updates and creative growth, but years later it still has the exact same feeling as when it launched. This game has been on life support since launch, and seeing that it still is makes it even more sad to experience.

I cannot discourage you from playing this game, or buying its campaign, enough. The original games still shine, and Infinite cannot hold a candle to any single one of them in any aspect.

This game is really fun, the developers are building something incredible here. Using portals makes you feel like you have 200 IQ, there is just so many "cool" things you can do. I could not recommend this game more.

Edit: Game is no longer in development, it's been nearly 3 years since a public announcement or update. Idk why I'm really updating this I just saw it in my library and wondered if they did anything since I last played. So that's it.

I spent almost 5 hours getting no where and experiencing absolutely non of the "dark side" of chemistry, despite reaching a very high prestige level and earning just over $3000 or whatever it is. Do not recommend playing this on any other difficulty than "Cookie-Cutter" due to how challenging making ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ vinegar or soy sauce is. Did you know that water isn't even a thing you can use as a chemist in this game? You can't even properly measure chemicals because you can only pour at like 100mL per second.

This game is making a big comeback, it's already very different mechanically from it's initial release. Building has been revamped, crafting is deeper, planets look nicer, MULTIPLAYER (I have no friends though rip), creatures are more detailed, and there is overall way more stuff to actually do and experience.

I highly recommend you get this game, the developers are putting so much time and work into this already and it has already surpassed the initial expectations many had for this game. I can't wait to see what new stuff they add in the future, and I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun.

Also, this game is incredibly beautiful, everytime I play it I get goosebumps because there are so many "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that's cool" moments in this game.

10/10 best Far Cry so far because of singing enemies

Killed all velocity of every planet in the solar system. Watched the Moon collide with the Earth in real-time for over an hour. Then watched Mercury fall into the Sun in real-time. Turned the Sun blue. And before you know it, it's 1am and you realized that you've just watched a simulation for over 4 hours. tfw time well spent

Pros:
Easy asset flip potential
Goes on sale like 10 times a year

Base price is $70

Only buy on 90% discount. I bought it for $7

I don't know why I have so much time but the app is pretty good

Bought this game because I saw a youtuber played it and I thought it looked really fun, and it was a VERY good decision. Will definitely be playing more, it's got sandbox mode and a pretty fun and challenging battle mode where you build a ship in real time and sail over to nearby enemies and blast them away! I expect completing that gamemode will take a long time, but I think it's great because it gives me something to do while I wait for more stuff to be added.

And with a $10 price tag at the moment I think it'll be a great investment, especially since the Devs say the price will increase as time goes on. I guess all I can do is hope they keep going with it!
