12 classes and subclassing allows for lots of ways to customize your party.
I like that around the midway point, new gear stops being vertical upgrades and instead allows for horizontal progression.
Game length is just right as well

There are a lot of passives active at one time on your party, not including gear, which adds even more, and I'm not quite sure that they're always added, or applied cummulatively correctly.
