Reality Check:
Step Up:

For over 60 million years, man has waited. Man has waited for the night to fall, and for the day to come. Man has waited for winter to cease, so that spring may bloom. Man has waited for war to end, so that peace may flourish. However, on a fateful day, one man decided not to wait. This man was indeed a curious sight to behold. With strong, bulging muscles, and an equally strong brain, he was the pinnacle of human evolution. However, the most defining characteristic of this man was not his intellectual and physical superiority, it was his desire for change. He tired of waiting for his dreams to come his way, so he fought to make them come. Many people shunned him for this, after all, waiting was part of human nature. There was a popular quote used in human society that said “Good things happen to people who wait.” This man however realized what a bunch of asinine ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that quote is. It was created by people who were too lazy or incompetent to make change in the world, and therefore shunned those who could. Many people bought into this quote, and lived their insignificant lives day by day, hoping for the time when it would all change. However, our protagonist did not want to be like the ninety-seven percent of the population, whose dreams would be taken to their graves. He wanted to be a changer, like Albert Einstein, the Wright brothers, and many others. These men were all heroes in his eyes, not because they were successful, but because they had the audacity to spit in society’s face.
