Driving physics are vastly different than GR1, cars don't feel as good to drive as in previous game, AI is unfair, spends less fuel than players, and there is no way to adjust the skill of AI drivers too. Stick to the original.

At the time of writing this review, the game features one stage. It has been expanded to be twice the size and content from the free demo.

In general, the game is an unhinged love letter and a parody of old pc Harry Potter games (think first three). Mixed with physics engine and sandbox gameplay, it also reminds me of certain games featuring a goat.
I wonder what direction the game will take in the future, but for now, and for the price, I had a lot of stupid fun with it and I'm confident I already got the value out of it. It is rough around the edges, however, and it will need a LOT of work.

Game features coop up to four psychopathic wizards (more players has been suggested and considered), playing with friends elevates the fun factor, but as the game is in early stage of development, it is easy to render yourself stuck in such a way you can't even kill yourself or otherwise return to the play area, or you can die in such a way others can't reach you, so you just stay in place and wait until the rest dies as well. In some cases, I had to restart the server a couple times, i.e. because one of friends blasted themselves out of out-of-bounds kill trigger, and just kept falling into the void.

At the time of writing this review, dev team paused the development of this game, for unspecified amount of time, for reasons they did not state. This was announced on their Discord server, but not on Steam community.

As it stands, the game can be fun, it is buggy but it is to be expected from game this short in the oven. Where the game does shine is it's atmosphere and audiovisuals (if your hardware can take it), they nailed the arctic wasteland vibes pretty well. And as with all games of this type (bunch-of-disposable-morons-doing-things-and-getting-themselves-killed-in-horrible-ways 'em up), it is a much better and funnier experience with friends, even in it's flawed state.

I would only recommend if you have a bunch of bucks to burn, and you like the genre mentioned above + find it on discount. But due to recent events, and general lack of transparency, for now, I cannot.

Edit: lol, don't drink and drive, kids

I got it loooong ago, and I'm not disappointed, but I cannot recommend it to any new buyer, tbh, the game isn't very optimised, prone to fps drops, and issues, which only get worse when you try multiplayer.

Checked this one out during PGA and decided to grab it. Rather short and simple, but overall entertaining point n click adventure

Absolutely love audio-visuals. I like the exploration, and combat in early/mid parts is fine, I did like strategically approaching fights and picking baddies off from distance. There is some learning curve for each weapon as each has it's own projectile velocity, falloff, and windup/reload animations. I can recommend it, but it is not a perfect game.

Last couple areas strongly focus on fast paced, arena-based combat, in arenas filled with instant death pits, with severely limited air control, something that I'm not convinced this game was designed for. Even with savescumming it becomes very frustrating. And locking up the last weapon behind the max HP (140, I was missing six on my playthrough) requirement, while still giving you ammo for it, is straight up ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.

It is otherwise an excellent adventure and I would love to see more of that. Just be warned that the last stretch greatly differs from the rest.

Oh also, there's a LOT of spiders.

Chewed through the game on my actual vacation. Really fun. Dungeons are very well designed. Music is gorgeous. Clever mixture of fantasy and modern themes. Solid Zelda-like adventure.

The game is fun, offline coop/pvp is great fun.

I did try the online coop, and hooo boy, lag and desync are awful despite so little physical entities being around. There are also weird technical issues like game refusing to quit, forcing me to restart Steam to relaunch the game and pumping artificial gameplay time up, or framerate capping when joining online coop.

I cannot recommend the game at this state - but I do hope to see some of this stuff fixed.
