Almost 1000 hours in and I think the amount of bugs, glitches, still-just-as-expensive DLCs, and literal necessity to mod the game to work correctly makes me think this game...isn't that good. Better than Sims 4, still.

Side note: I find the overpowering, bulky, intense blue UI taking up 30% of my screen to be sin and needs to be modded away like it's game breaking. It's eye breaking. I use a grey one. I know that blue-color was common back in the 2000s, but it can bite my ass.

Artwork is extraordinarily charming and completely hand-drawn in the style of the early 30s movies/cartoons. The unique characters stick in your head forever, bosses are immensely rewarding. Cuphead is incrdibly responsive and will feel like a natural extention of your body. It's a bit of a challenge, especially at a few very specific points, but not completely ridiculous.
Don't be discouraged. It's not as ungodly hard like people make it seem to be. The boss battles aren't long, so even if they're really hard for you, you should be able to get through them with memorizing the patterns.

Getting a perfect score on everything or beating the game on expert are there for players who want more of a challenge. I'm finding getting an A+ on everything to be very rewarding and not too tedious. It's worth going for if you ask me.
