Can play online wtih friends and don't have to launch in adminstrator mode anymore. Combat is different than typical fighting game. It's more about positioning and punishing then break their meter.

Can't play online with friends. Have to launch game in adminstrator mode. Gameplay is great, but port is pretty bad. Will update review once that's fixed.

So far so good. Make sure to update to latest drivers. Wouldn't launch until I updated. (Nvidia)

8/10. Good story and pacing. Have some gore and dark stories. Fun side quests that continues off of previous main/side quests. Combat is good but not too much variety (feels more like action game than action rpg). Good music. Game wasn't too difficult (didn't have to use any of the accessories that makes the game easier). Decent quality of life features where you don't have to guess where to go. Graphics are solid. There are some stutters, but that doesn't deter from the game that much. Maxed Settings (No DLSS) 60-100 FPS on 1080p with RTX 4070 Super and Ryzen 7 7800x3D.

Catchy songs. High quality game. Get this on sale because there are tons of DLCs.

Great game! Lots of options to do for one playthrough but you can replay it as your choices, how you setup your characters, and luck can change in a single run.

If you want more Tales of Arise and want to see more of the characters, you should get this DLC. The caveat is that the monster variety didn't change. The only thing different are the bosses. The combat didn't really change and it's a bit annoying to reassign all your artes. There's 3 new dungeons. The DLC is like a separate game where it resets your party's level to 60 and areas to explore are limited but are updated due to it being 1 year after the game. I think the DLC plot was average, but the side quests and additional content was good. Alphen really be "researching" but everyone knows the gig >_>. I would of rated it mix, but I think you should get it on sale or if you really want more Tales of Arise.

Music is fire. Game is challenging, you can't let your guard down even in lower difficulties. Maybe one day I can play lunatic mode.
