Best game I ever played. Hands down, crazy experience, would recommnd it 100% w/ your s/o.

Tough choice, I was "forced" into buying it by a friend for CO-OP (Which is really fun) .. And I don't regret it:

If you see the discount - get it. (I think it's worth ~25eur)
Don't pay the full price for it. There's way better alternatives that are worth the money. (Witcher, Skyrim etc. You know it yourself.. this game ain't worth 50+ euro)

For me it's just a relaxing game to let out some steam.
Perfect to just relax, kill some vampires and werewolves.
Going through first play-through I don't really pay attention to the story cause it's kinda lame. I'm just there to destroy mfs.

I'd recommend getting it if you're into "DOOM" Killing spree type of games.
Also it's 3rd person (not everyone's cup of tea) but I loved God of War so it's a blast for me.

Also I don't think you need highest-end PC to run it.

Have fun! (Don't play EVIL Difficulty, you'll hate your life. Hard is TOUGH but managable. For most people I'd recommend "Normal" for decent fun (It won't be easy either).

I enjoyed it alot. Hands down my favorite Far Cry game (sorry FC2,3,4 Fans) The ubisoft thing is annoying, but the game is a masterpiece. I think everyone should experience it.

My main enjoyment in this game is just walking around.. Basically calm walking simulator + a lot of chaos.
Big plot twists, alot of brain F*cks.. But holy damn.
This game will control you mentally and emotionally.

Some may like it, some may hate it.
I did have a few anxiety episodes but f*cking hell. I loved it.
Every minute I spent on it. Was 100% worth it.

Graphics are nice.
my pc ain't that good (gtx 1080ti, i7700k) and it went smoothly at 100-120fps on high

First of all after reading all reviews I felt disappointed. So I started with installing latest Drivers for Intel and Nvidia.. The first glance was just.. meh.. But after the tutorial etc. I Felt addicted to play it more and more.. The story (for me personally) is mind-blowing and breath-taking (you see what i did there hehe). So yeah I'm running GTX 1080ti, I7 7700k rig.. Which is kinda old at this point. The advantage that I had is - When's possible I usually play games (competitive or not) in 4:3 Stretched.. So Since I have QHD Monitor (2560x1440p) I played 1920x1440p. Fps increased alot.. I was constently playing liquid 60+ fps [sometimes drops 30-40 when driving] and I Just fully enjoyed my experience. Since I'm "only" 6.5 Hrs in the game.. (In 1 day it's a lot for me). I must say.. The dissappointment thoughts are gone. Completely gone. I'm very hyped to finish this game and I would recommend to to anyone. Let's be honest it's 1.00 Patch.. Give CDPR some time. They'll fix these bugs/glitches.. There's nothing sofar (for me) that was game-breaking.. I've had a few guns thru heads, or 1-2 T-Poses on the street. But that's all. I don't mind such stuff. So yeah.. I see you guys on Night City! JUST SAW KEANU REEVES AND MY HYPE IS EVEN HIGHER! I do have to go to sleep now. Tmrw is a work-day.. I hope this helps someone

Hands down the best VR Experience I've ever had. This is such a beautiful story rich game, there's even a few scary spots hehe.
Well basically if you want to experience the best VR Game ever - go for it.

I would 1000% recommend it, I bought the game eventho I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ poor and my bank account is semi-empty, I don't regret it!

Eventho I only have Oculus Rift CV1 (literally the oldest version of Oculus that support this game). This game looks super amazing!!! I was standing the whole time (I don't like playing VR while sitting cus I'm too damn big (1,96m :D)... And no motion sickness at all... In games like Pavlov VR or Boneworks I was struggling a lot with motion sickness which made me dislike the game eventho it was nice. Sadly... But this.. Half Life: ALYX in my opinion is the best VR game that exists sofar. Super super fun and like I said, a few scary spots *no spoilers* darkness n stuff, oof.
I really hope people will play this and enjoy it as much as I do. Keep it up valve, eventho you completely f**ked the people that pre-ordered the Index with the game and only got a csgo music kit and a badge that is litearlly in a package/market..

Warning.. Don't play this game if you're suffering from depression. Trust me.. Don't play it.. I suffer and i regret it..

I would actually recommend getting it. It's cool and hopefully it will be limited, so the beta players get the advantage if the game blows up and beats fortnite [hopefully] <3
