As a fan of the series, I always enjoy Stronghold games, and this one seems to be a fun game as well.

Oyunu Steam'den silinmeden önce istek listeme eklemiştim. Geri eklenince de eposta ile bildirim aldım. Fiyatı görünce ise şok oldum. Bellirledikleri fiyat kurunun yeni yayınlanan bu kalibredeki diğer oyunlara göre çok düşük olmasının yanında yeniden yayınlanmış ve daha ana alıcı kitleye yeterince ulaşmamış bir oyunun %60 indirimle satışa sunulmuş olması tuhaf gelse de memnuniyetle satın aldım. Yayıncıyla geliştirici arasındaki sıkıntıdan haberdardım, ama oyunun Steam'e geri dönüşünün bununla ilgili olduğunu bilmiyordum. Daha sonra incelemeleri görünce geliştiricinin bu yayınlamayla ilişkileri olmadığını söylediklerini gördüm. Yayıncının geliştiricinin arkasından böyle bir hamle yapması oldukça çirkin geldi.

Açıkçası bu oyuna yine de bu kadar ucuza sahip olma fikri işime gelen bir durum. Fakat geliştiricinin ortaya koyduğu bu emeğin de bu kadar kolayca harcanmaması gerektiği taraftarıyım. Dolayısıyla sırf inceleme yazabilmek için oyunu çalıştırdım ve 5 dakika civarı kadar menü ekranında bekledim. Şimdi de iade ediyorum. Ha oyun geliştiricinin elinden normal bir fiyatla geri dönerse muhtemelen direk satın almam ve getirecekleri yeni fiyatta benzer oranlarda indirim alana kadar yaklaşık 2 yıl daha beklerim. Yayıncı ve geliştirici arasındaki çekişme oyunu platformlardan mahrum ederek bu süreyi daha da uzattı ve tabi bu da gayet sinir bozucu bir durum. Ama olsun. Yine de geliştirici için benim için olduğundan çok daha fazla hayal kırıklığı oluşturacak bir durum olduğu da ortada. Dolayısıyla geliştiriciden yana tavır alıyor ve diğer oyunculara da bu soyguna karşı böyle bir tavır takınmalarını, oyunu satın almamalarını, aldılarsa da iade etmelerini tavsiye ediyorum (hatta iade öncesinde ya da etmeyecekseniz bile olumsuz inceleme postalarsanız daha da iyi olur). Gerisi size kalmış.

It has better graphics and gameplay, but most importantly, it is a more balanced game, which is very important for strategy games. However, it is not as fun as the first game, and I can't tell why this is the case. Nevertheless, if you are a fan of the first game, you should give it a try. The multiplayer modes make it easy to find online opponents, and this is a big plus for the game.

I have been a fan of the series since the first game, so I will probably play whatever they throw at me. In general, I enjoyed this game. However, it was nowhere near to the level I enjoyed other titles in the series. The entire game is a part of one single story. I guess developers thought that including a whole bunch of cutscenes makes it more immersive. But that was not the case for me. The gameplay wasn't as smooth as it was in the earlier games. Nevertheless, I like the game.

Portal is one of the best examples of 3D puzzle-platformer games. Even though it is not the main part of the game, the plot is also interesting. I still enjoy listening to "Still Alive" song sometimes.

If you enjoy the game and the genre, you should definitely play Portal 2 and Portal Stories: Mel, as well.
