Early Access Review
I don't do this often, but for an early access game, this is FANTASTIC!

The game has a lot at it's current state:
- 3 drugs (Weed, Cocaine, and Meth), each with many variants and strains
- A variety of "mini-games" when maintaining your product to add lots of variety of play
- 3 different ways (I have found) of travel (Walking, Skateboarding, Driving)
- Lots of easter eggs and references to a variety of pop culture
- NPC's can be hired to help with your whole operation, whether that be making product or distributing it (+ more)
- A full relationship system. The more you sell to certain clients, the friendlier they are (or in some cases, they begin to become a bit obsessed...)

Overall, in its current state, this game is 100% worth the asking price. Best part is, it will be getting even better with all the future free updates!

The sandbox of this game is great but I cannot recommend it at this time.

The newest patch made the game nearly unplayable. Game crashes every 10-15 minutes, lags like hell on my RTX4070 Super, and the NPC pathing is awful.

Will update my review when it's fixed. I am hoping it's soon because what's there in game is great.

The Silent Hill 2 Remake is one of the best remakes of the game EVER. Period. While still keeping the original story, they managed to make the game better gameplay wise in almost every single aspect. Combat is fluid, puzzles are freshly made while still keeping true to the originals (and new puzzles included), and the soundrack/atmosphere is PEAK. Easily one of the best games ever made.

2.8 hours and LOVING the loading screen simulator YEP

Okay now that the game WORKS (ahem Microsoft ahem) its a solid MSFS game. Having a lot more fun in this one as opposed to MSFS2020 since there is a full blown Career mode with currency and management systems. Its something I will be coming back to from time to time. $70 might be too high for now with some bugs and issues still being a pain BUT it is playable and it is a lot of fun!

After 37 fantastic hours, I have completed Dragon's Dogma 2.

Fantastic hardcore ARPG that had me immersed the entire time. The combat felt satisfying, the world was vast and full of stuff to do, and don't get me started on the soundtrack.

Easy Game Of The Year contender for me. Looking forward to future updates and improvements because when they do come, I will be returning to the world of Dragon's Dogma 2.

Wish there was a "Thumbs Sideways" option for Alone in the Dark 2024.

This game does a lot right, but also a lot wrong.

PROS:
- Puzzles range from all difficulties. They start out easy and progressively get harder and I love that feeling of progression.
- The game gives a unsettling feeling which is great for a horror game.
- Characters are gimmicky but in a charming way. Some people might say its lazy writing but I found it charming
- Derceto Manor is fun to explore and collectibles are interesting (if you read the descriptions that are tied to them)
- David Harbour does a good job with what he is given. Felt like I was playing Hopper from Stranger Things

CONS:
- Combat is VERY janky and frustrating. Feels like they kinda threw it on at the end of development and didn't put a lot of time into developing it
- Every time a scene changes the game TANKS in frame rate. Most of the game ran at 60+ fps but every time a scene was changing, it would drop down to single digits at times on my NVIDIA 4070TI
- Only 4 enemy types and none of them are interesting
- Few missions bugged out for me and had me having to load either old saves or outright rebooting the game to fix it.

Overall I think I would give Alone in the Dark 2024 a 6.5/10. Fun game for an initial play through, but not one I plan on going back to for a 2nd run.

Yikes.

I grew up playing Battlefront 2 on the PS2 and it holds a special place in my heart and memories.

And Aspyr ♥♥♥♥ all over it.

Do not buy this trash-heap. Online barely works, bugs galore both online and in singleplayer, completely unoptimized (they took what should have been a 10GB collection into a 70GB storage sinkhole), and game crashes every 30-45 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable.

UPDATE 3/31/24:
100% the achievements just to learn they have bugged the 45th achievement and I actually cannot get 100%. Beyond pissed off. F*ck Aspyr, F*ck the Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection. I am done with this trash heap.

Tekken 8 is such a fantastic time! Combat is fluid, the introduction of the Fight Lounge makes me want to connect with other players, and the roster is solid at the start (though I miss my boy Bob.) Cannot wait to see what is to come in later updates!

Solid 9/10 experience.

Yes, I thankfully (and painfully) finished it.

Probably the worst game I have ever had the misfortune of playing. Pretty much every aspect of the game is flawed to the highest degree. Game is buggy as hell, the controls only work half the time, lack of good story telling, graphically should be an early 2000's game, the list goes on.

IGN gave this a 2/10, and honestly, it deserves closer to a 0.5/10. I got this for free and felt ripped off.

EDIT 12/10/23: 100% the game last night. All 52 achievements unlocked. Swore out loud maybe 800 times during the 100%. Uninstalled and never touching it again.

For those looking for a hardcore, first-person ARPG, Lunacid is perfect for you.

The game has you play in a post-apocalyptic setting in which you are thrown into an underground world known as "The Great Well". Down in the well, you explore vast and unique maps, meet interesting and strange characters, and fight loads of different monstrosities. You will find weapons, magic rings that give you spells, and many types of other items to help you along the way. You can level up at save crystals in typical RPG fashion, putting skill points into stats like Strength and Dexterity. The game keeps everything vague in terms of story unless you really delve in deep and look for it in item descriptions and books found across the world (very similar to souls-like games).

I highly recommend Lunacid to anyone looking for a cool mix between The Elder Scrolls and Dark Souls.

Solid 9/10
