13 years on, I decided to give this game a chance one last time. Great concept, extensive career, lots of cars and tracks but poor execution and optimization. FPS drops dramatically during night races on fast cars. The only great thing is selection of athmospheric soundtracks that gave me goosebumps and occasionally play on repeat in my mind. A not so smooth spin-off that eventually evolved into Project CARS.

This game is ruthless. I appreciate that challenge. To cut the story short, make sure to hire a tough crew before moving something lavish to another city...

Restarts and rage-quits are guaranteed because you'll have to learn every bump on the track. But this game will offer you a proper challenge.
