感觉超级nice…虽然长久没有吃得这么油腻，每次久违吃一顿都会有点顶胃，但也在能接受范围内…
我健身开始的一个理由都是为了提升基础代谢能力然后随意躺平，烂出健康…但健身以后，身体很快乐，慢慢就会失去初心，开始追求身体的快乐，而非摆烂的肆意。
